The Twitch DMCA Saga (Three Times Resilient!)

Caught up with all the stuff and updated the OP with what I think is the most important stuff (I might have missed some stuff, though > let me know what, if that's the case).

Anyway, if people have timestamps of him threatening Twitch with leaving or other noteworthy/dumb things he said, please provide me with timestamps or clips so I can add those to the OP. Feel free to DM me. Thanks, all good now.

Phil called the bot a fucking moron for not reading his email lmao,the thing is that Phil thought it was a real person,I wonder how twitch feels about Phil saying they are unprofessional fucking morons. He keeps saying that a manager needs to look into this lmao DarkSydeKaren.

There is a chance he might be lying,he hasnt showed of screencaps of the emails from twitch and he said he didnt got one but someone earlier in the thread showed how when you get DMCA on twitch you get a message telling you that you got DMCA and what was the DMCA for,its very suspicious.

Also someone cherred saying "I was watching badbunny stream and I got cancer" Phil responded saying "Its not funny to joke about cancer and I wont talk about other content creators on my stream and you know that" LMAO didnt he mentioned Dr Disrespected like 10 times and also talks about other content creators constantly? I cant with this guy.

Edit: Also I find funny that he has a tekken 3 local tournament trophy on his office,it just shows how he has no achivements,my dad use to give me his shooting trophies to play with since he knew they were not important but Phil keeps a trophy from a local tournament of a game he doesnt play anymore from the 1990s in his office as if it was something to be proud of.

It's probably the only trophy he's ever actually earned. Even 4th Place at EVO that one year didn't give him a tangible, physical representation of success.

In a world where people get participation trophies because parents don't want their children feeling left out, Phil doesn't even have those.

To be fair, it's because he's 38. He didn't grow up in the era of participation trophies. Otherwise his shelves would be littered with as many of them as there are broken statues.

It's the main reason this person started making these DMCA claims against you instead of your detractors in the first place. He never learns, does he?

This just keeps getting better. He gets his ass taken down by a DMCA of all things (which proves he's touchable), he lets slip that he has a Discord, he basically DDoS' himself, he threatens Twitch, and we find out that his contact doesn't exist.

This has already been a godsend, and it's not even over yet. lol

All this because he is to much of a jew to pay someone to actually make proper art for him, and him giving them a shout out on his profile.

You can get a sub for Monstercat at 5 bucks a month to use their licensed music

But no, lets have your wheelchair prowl the webs for shit to steal and then put your ugly face on it only for someone to pretend to be the original owner and DMCA you.

Whoever the troll is they're doing God's work considering we've gotten going-on 24 hours of milk from this and they spent not a cent on Phil to do it. Please anonymous hero, stay smart and stay unknown. Don't risk your ass for fame by opening the door for some sperg to file a DMCA abuse notice against you.
