Thats an interesting point at the end

But i think its just takes away from ORANGE MAN BAD

I think that's part of it, but China's very much interested in maintaining the "China strong" narrative. They're still publicly stating there's no chance at all of the dam failing, even as they evacuate millions. They're really desperate to save face, particularly since everyone told them the TGD was, to put it mildly, a very poorly thought out project.

It's why I scoff whenever someone talks about how the CCP is planning for the long game and thinking ahead hundreds of years. Sure they may plan out these grand infrastructure projects, but there is no regard for how said project will turn it's surroundings into an unlivable shithole. No one in the party ever asks if any project is being built up to code or if their suppliers are knowingly giving them inferior building materials. They never do any of this, because that would require working in the present to address problems rather than "the Reich will last a thousand years" posting.

If the dam fails, I can't wait to see all the seething and coping from CCP apologists and "akshually China is an ideal fash nation" types that the dam was sabotaged by Trump and/or the Jews.

How would we know if the dam actually broke? Would there be satellite images, downstream effects for countries that have a less state-controlled media, or..? I remember the Chernobyl story broke because of radiation getting picked up in Sweden of all places.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a visible debris plume going into the East China Sea.

Link below for the thread theme. We've got pestilence and floods and a bit of austerity. What else is YHWH gonna throw at them?
Somebody mentioned like 10-11 Soviet era nuclear plants along the Yangtze. Might've been in this thread.

I guessing satellite images from multiple sources, that going really hard to say those are faked, even for CCP shills. The Yangtze from the TGD down is wholly contained with the PRC.

If the dam does blow then we will have an enormous death toll. It will be the highest for any event ever. The mid 70's dams blowing were bad but this is going to be off the charts. The big concerns have got to be the nuclear facilities and the incident being a huge disease vector. It might even cause a pandemic! ;)

One thing that I have been pondering is the unprecedented displacement of such a body of weight at VERY high velocity at the fromt of the wave, if the dam breaks in one go like the italian dam did, might be enough to wobble the earth or cause some kind of speed shift in earths rotation which in turn would affect other bodies of water and so on.

edit to add: it depends very much on the geography and then the actual height, width and shape of the front of the wave, but another threat to consider is the air pressure wave that would lead the water by some distance if there is literally a wall of water 100+meters high and moving at a few hundred mph. It all depends on the rate of release, at the dam, and geography.

Is there a simulation anywhere of what collapse would do?

The Epoch Times had a report on what the CCP's internal simulations had to say, which wasn't pretty:

Granted, it's Epoch Times, so it's obviously an anti-CCP outlet. Which might make it less credible or more credible, depending on your perspective. But the central premise (water backs up all the way to Sichuan then rushes down rapidly downstream, wrecking several entire provinces) seems reasonable, if utterly terrifying.

Why is it when something like this happens in China or India so many die...i swear to god you hear about a train accident and like 8000 people die and nobody bats an eye and i sit thinking "how the fuck did so many die"?

I guess life is cheap in Asia and here we are freaking out about some corn fed nigger speedballing and killed by a cop.
You got to remember, China and India combined make up about half of the world's population, what would be normally considered a high death count in any other case means nothing to them unless it's in the high double digit millions.

That and China kind of did this to themselves. If they had the foresight to improve their damn dam instead of their military, I doubt this would have happened in the first place.

Yes it was me. I meant to say reactors but still 3 nuke plants are on the river totall 11 reactors

They didnt even dig into the bedrock. They put blocks on the riverbed. I doubt the rest of it is sound if the foundation is garbage.

Some /pol tards are saying monday sometime before noon the dam will be topped and the water will begin going over top and rapidly eroding the rest of the structure. Even if its standing, it wont last more than a couple days in that sort of fluvial action.

They are looking at water measurements directly and with a shitload of rain on the way for the next few weeks i dont see how it survives.

Also i saw an extremely disturbing video of water gushing from the ground when a hole is poked. If thats true they have some really big fucking problems with soil liquefaction
🙏 Please God, all I ask is someone livestreaming it🙏

Im honestly torn.

On the one hand, the CCP deserves to die screaming for so many reasons, and if this shit collapses this will almost certainly help this become a reality.

On the other hand, a hell of a lot of innocent people are gonna suffer and die if this shit collapses, and the people who created the situation will either get off scott free thanks to their friends in government or flee the country with the money they bilked

Something like 90% of the antibiotics the US uses (because our politicians are complete whores who don't seem to understand the importance of strategic industries) are made in Wuhan.

That damn dam goes the world has more problems than a few million drowned Chinese people.

Wait, where are the CCP evacuating people to? They can't use those ghost cities since they don't have any infrastructure set up, and the PLA is MIA from all the shit I've seen. Are they putting them on Pooh's magical railroad to Uyghurs Auschwitz that we have drone footage of?
Odds are they're going to leave their citizens high and dry, especially if Wuhan's in the way and they're trying to wash away their own involvement in the Covid outbreak.

Literally all i hear about china these days is just:
1. news about CCP trying some low tier jewish trick and getting found out
2. them being literally karma struck by another easily preventable catastrophe or sanction
As for the dam situation

Odds are they're going to leave their citizens high and dry, especially if Wuhan's in the way and they're trying to wash away their own involvement in the Covid outbreak.
Wouldn't surprise me. They have been breaking smaller levees and dikes along the Yangtze in an effort to save Wuhan from what I've heard.

I do wonder where the PLA is in all this though. Maybe shits way more fucked politically in the CCP than is evident from the outside?
