I'm pretty sure my character is the villain here. Sure, Allah empowered him, but it was my character's choice alone to do all the evil shit he did.

He showed a weird amount of remorse by the time he challenged Allah. Could just be a realization that Allah's power corrupted him so he wanted to kill him to end it all. Absolute Jesus saved him and washed away his sins so now he can be at peace.
