There's no way in hell she'd be able to get into a standard tattoo chair. How incredibly embarassing would that be? They'd have to tattoo her in the waiting area, assuming they had something bench-like. She wouldn't clean or care for a tattoo properly anyway.

Chantel does have at least one tattoo so she's not totally oblivious to how the process is supposed to work. I think she'd be able to fit in a chair since most of the ones I've seen don't have arms.

Just pointed out that her fork switches might seem odd and random in isolated screenshots, but make sense in context rather than being a showoff of her "ambidexterity", which is what was being suggested. If she actually was ambitextrous, she wouldn't demonstrate it in a subtle way, she would simply talk/brag about it openly, since it would be something slightly unusual about her that wasn't also extremely sad, disturbing or disgusting.

The simplest tasks that aren't even worthy of adding to a to-do list become full-on events to them - things that they need to dread and plan for weeks.
Cardboard boxes are left strewn about in the living room for literal months when it takes all of 2 minutes to dispose of them. A dining set left half-completed, which Chantal neglects for her rolling chair anyway because she doesn't want to perform any movement more taxing than swivelling.

I always thought Peetz was the more functional of the two, but his tweets just highlight how low of a bar that is.
It's a walk, you consoomer stereotype. What kind of a human (depressed or not) doesn't enjoy a simple walk?
He's the type of person to call everyday tasks "adulting".

However, for whatever it's worth (nothing!), please enjoy this video from last year, in which she uses a fork in one hand and spoon in the other, to cut down on shovelin' time, I suppose. She gives up on the chopsticks about halfway through the video.

I can easily believe he's feeling stressed. He's stuck at home all the time, with no real separation between work and home (which his daily walks provided). He's packed on a lot of weight in just a few months, and that's got to feel like shit. He's got a roommate with significant health issues, and who is less mobile and thus less capable of doing her share of household tasks than he no doubt expected. Not only are his living expenses higher since he moved in with Chantal, but she's probably still borrowing money from him, as well as stealing his food. And to top that off, he's locked into a lease with her until next April.

Unless his mom is really terrible and demanding, I can't see how his life has been made better by moving in with Chantal. So yeah, no shit James, you're stressed.
