It doesn't much matter that Phil isn't about to leave of his own accord. It's that THIS is his attitude in response to such a bump in the road. Not patience. Not being quiet. Not being cautious. Not being his limited form of clever. No, it's being an angry entitled shit-head who thinks that threatening to quit has ANY weight to it whatsoever, when it doesn't. Phil was safe on Twitch so long as he continued to fly below radar and make at least some money for them. That much was very apparent. Well he doesn't look so safe anymore, and it will be confirmed just how not-safe he really is should Twitch respond by not responding at all. This is the same platform that just gave the boot to a considerably bigger source of revenue for them. Phil isn't someone they necessarily want to get rid of, but they're not about to bend over backwards to keep him around either. That will not actually lead to him leaving, but it doesn't need to. It's good enough that he be put on notice with absolute silence on their part that he doesn't matter to them, because no matter what his reaction will be, whether it's to calm down and tread carefully, or get more belligerent, we all get to have a good time watching him be afraid or be salty.

To be fair, I want Phil to get nailed because of things he actually does such as the multiple TOS violations he commits every stream. Not false DMCA claims if at all possible

I'm not familiar with this SuperHound guy, what's his connection to Phil? Even whilst diving pretty deep into DSP lore, the name hasn't come up for me.

The most unexpected end to his career would be a just and appropriate one, that's just not how the writers operate. He's going to be imprisoned due to spelling his name wrong on his SATs in 1999 or something.

He is a sperg that I believe already has a thread on this site. He struck down some detractor channels whilest larping as Phil's boyfriend manager or something. Later Phil told him to stop and that hurt his feeling and he went after Phil in a really spergy way.
He threathened Nick Rekieta saying he will do something, if Nick helped Phil. Nick called his bluff and the bloke fucked off instantly.
He DMCA'd Phil, and Phil in his fashion threathened SuperHound with a lawsuit, some karmatic justice and with doxing. After which SuperHound acted like a spergy faggot claiming Phil has to kiss the ring or else. Phil ignored it and SuperSpergHound did nothing about it.

All in all, the lad could be entertaining but the moment someone goes against him he backs down.

If my DSP lore is anything to go off, all the autisery of Superhound is gonna give Phil's channel special protection status where you must manually submit a written DMCA to Twitch support (the really should be doing that for everyone) and can not automatically strike ti down. Let's be honest, we've seen this story play out. Superhound is going to be another rotten corpse, with his head on a spike in front of the wakaondo like SoK, Machinima, ross, and countless others.
