Ok, I was a teen in the 90s and I was neither popular or had much money or anything, but I did all these shit. I mean, those clothes were what were sold back them, there was no club you belong to act like this... I don't know what's Piggy trying to emulate or what she's trying to evoke that she didn't do in the 90s . If you enjoyed 90s culture, why not wearing it yourself.? Nothing stops anyone from wearing those looks or buying vintage shit. This obsession is getting creepier every day.

We all can agree on that this was made because Piggy wanted it, but something just came to me.
Like most people here I find drag kids fucking repulsive. If the kid really wants to do it is something I can respect, specially if it is adequate for their age. Little to no make up, appropiate clothing for their age, things they may actually like. Many girls these days, believe it or not, are into the hypebeast-trap-whatever is trendy now style that is not very gender centric, so why not fucking use that?
These last photos just scream jailbait. The pose, the theme, the clothes. I have worked with plenty of kids in my life and Im yet to see, even the more precocious, do this kind of stunt. If a kid does this in her early teens you know shit is fucked and they rarely do it just cuz.

(Once again my dumbass is late and is still back tracking through the thread to gather and read as much as i can.)
I first heard about Desmond and drag kids from tumblr posts calling out the situation and begging people to find and report as much info as they could to CPS.
What really pisses me off about this whole thing, is the number of people who actually tried to sweep this shit under the rug under guides of "The Homophobes will use it against USUSUUSS (The LGBT) and claim we supppprt ititit !!!" As if sweeping this shit under the rug, wouldn't have the same effect, but then again what should I expect from Tumblr.
So far when it comes to Desmond's personal interest, we don't know much about them cause his mom rarely posts about of him outside of his drag persona and outfits, literally the only personal interest I've heard of him having is toy trains and dolls, which was stated by his sister , who in another statement made claims of their mom abusing/mistreating her, if that a long with the the rest of this shit isn't a red flag, IDK what the fuck is .
Edit: Also as someone else pointed out, it seem his situation is being ignored and excused cause of his gender, I actually remember a post where people compared drag kids ,specifically Desmond, to child pageant stars, and one person actually tried to say they weren't comparable cause Desmond is a boy and there for cannot exploited in the same manner as girls in beauty pageants.
