A quick look into that shows that as of 2018 Seattle was 64.5% non-Hispanic White and in the same year the number was 72.2% for Portland. In both cities there was a pretty big demographic decline for whites between 1990 and 2010 (-7.4% for Seattle and -10.7% for Portland). And then if you look into the population increase (likely mostly non-white; I don't have these numbers, but it's a safe bet) for both cities, Seattle has had its biggest growth spurt since the post-WW2 era since 2010 (a whopping 23.8%), and Portland has increased by 13.8%. I don't see the racial stats for the 2019 year, but I'd wager that Seattle is probably around 62% now and Portland is probably 65%ish considering that the latter went from 85.3% in 1970 to 72.2% a decade ago.

I read somewhere a long time ago that the Jews in Iran are regulated by the state. Like they approve the curriculum for what the Jews teach their kids in schools and don't allow the lesson in Hebrew. I think that you might be understanding something wrong here. It's true that overwhelming majority of pro-immigration etc. people are women(although in Europe almost everyone, man or woman, supports the idea of some kind of welfare state, so I wouldn't exactly put it in the same political bracket as being pro-immigration or pro-open borders), but that doesn't mean that majority of women would be pro-immigration, at least, not in the sense you mean pro-immigration here.

In Europe at least, the ideologically most pro-immigration parties(leftists, pirates and greens) are usually quite small, while the major established parties are pro-immigration in name only, and mainly to further and accelerate the integration of EU into a federation. After all, being pro-immigration doesn't extend only to non-European people here, but is tied also to the fact that European peoples tend to view people from other EU-states immigrants as well. We are not some big happy family of "white europeans", but rather a conglomerate of related tribes of white people who differ quite much both in culture and language from each other. If you're a finnish person in Sweden or estonian in Finland or pole in the UK or Germany you're just as much immigrant to the natives there as is the Ahmed from Afghanistan. So, in essence the pro-immigration politics are also driven by the pressing need to unify Europeans and to make them accept other Europeans more.
