Funny how everyone he encounters when running errands is ''rude'' and ''bigoted'' to him. If he's not making those stories up (which I'm %90 sure he is), then he must be the rude one and won't admit it. It's definitely a sign of a toxic person if they're constantly complaining about rude people they meet. And I'm sure Russell makes a lot of these stories up, he clearly sees nothing wrong with lying to get sympathy.

I feel like as disabilities go, more people would be willing to date someone with moebius than, say, someone whose disability requires round-the-clock care or special equipment. If the person is nice enough, facial paralysis would be a very minor thing to put up with and probably wouldn't impact your life in any negative way.

I think it’s because he will not lower himself to date someone whose picture doesn’t give him an instant boner. He has even belittled the looks and not wanted to pay some of the prostitutes if he wasn’t attracted to them. He went so far as to either get away with or want to get away with not paying someone who made a $ignificant commute to his encounter (Prince Charming didn’t feel like travelling himself). Unfortunately for him, there’s no app that allows for the one party to be shallow AF yet not allow the same degree of shallowness for the other.
