Chantal isn't ambidextrous, but she could very possibly have mixed-handedness.
It's a condition where both of your brain hemispheres fail to separate completely (sometimes because of accidents or brain trauma, but more often than not seen in people with Dyspraxia, ADD and other processing issues) and you fail to establish a dominant side. Meaning, that someone could write with their right hand and eat with their left, but physically cannot do it the other way round, showing both left and right dominance but being neither.
Occupational and Physio therapies will help with these issues, but that would require effort on Chinny's part.
This isn't to say that this is the issue, but it is a thought.

However, I'm probably giving this too much thought: Chantal is fat and stupid and I'm not in the least bit surprised she can't hold cutlery correctly at the ripe old age of 36.

I think the fork usage is very simple.

She cuts with her right hand and holds her fork in her left while cutting. Common etiquette is to move the fork to the right hand after cutting, to slow down the pace of consumption, to leave more time for social conversation, and to not look beastly.

We have seen dozens of her videos in which she flails with utensils. She has no idea how to cut meat, and stabs at it with a babyfist like most other deathfatties do. She then stabs at the food with the fork in her left hand to get as much on the fork as possible, and shoves it into her yob. Never once, in any of her videos, do I ever recall her doing the hand-switch with the fork (Amberlynn doesn't either). Nobody ever taught them that little nugget of etiquette, and despite Clotso's tall tales, she clearly has not been out to dinner with other people very often (the few times we saw her, her behavior was utterly inappropriate and visibly annoying to others present), unless she is too autistic to notice what others do (possible).

When Clotso has nothing to cut, she will use the fork right-handed. She was left handed in this video because she cut first and never did the hand-switch because it is alien to her. One does not need to be ambidextrous or multi-handed or any other buzzword to lift a fork to their mouth with their left hand. It is not a complex enough activity to require handedness. You can hold a dog leash in either hand too.

i've heard enough horror stories about people getting tattooed for the first time and they ended up pissing/shitting/vomiting all over the place so i think it's safe to say she wouldn't fare pretty well

Watch the poutine video. She switches hands as she switches from one box to the other. Its blatant. There was no knife involved.

From what we've seen, she doesn't, but I'll cut her some slack there. I imagine it's difficult for her to maintain hand-eye coordination when her twitchy peepers engage Predator Vision, scanning all foreign plates as she waits impatiently for just the right moment to say the magic words, "Are you gonna finish that?"

Hi gorls, I'm updating the OP and I had a few questions I'd like to ask to spare me combing through 50,000 posts(!) to find answers. I've done a lot of legwork already with the search function, but some things (like her food budget) are mentioned so often that it's difficult to find the original information, and much of it is in image form anyway which can't be searched.

-What was BebeJunes' real name again? ETA: solved
-Do we know anything about Grams, including her name?
-Hard evidence of Chinny bullying Nat when they were kids? Cuntal talking about it counts as hard evidence for my purposes ETA: solved
-What was the timeline of that vegan camp?
-Where did she say she spent a grand a month on food/fast food?
-As exhaustive as possible a list of her medical complaints over the history of her channel, and any supporting documentation you may wish to append. At the end of the day it's all in the thread anyway, and this isn't an article for a scientific journal, but it'd be good.
-Anything you may think it needs, besides the obvious shit like Bibi leaving. Bear in mind however that I'm trying to condense it as it's almost at character limit. The iconic still of Bibi's "help me" eyes and Chantal's unholy grimace at Thanksgiving when she made him kiss her is going to get pride of place.

Make it less verbose. You could cut about a third of it without all the editorializing. Also update the Chantal cycle to the 2020 version.
