See this is okay, because he made his living because of stuff he didn't do either. He was never an entertaining let's player. He got massively lucky. And then he got massively lucky. Then he got massively lucky. Then he followed that up by being massively lucky. At that point he looked at his life and got massively lucky. Then he went to the courts and got massively lucky.

Which is the ultimate point. He was never supposed to get that bankruptcy. This can take him down. It's to balance out that great big checkbook in the sky. He had all of his debts cleared erroneously, he can have his income wiped out the same way. He's been exploiting loopholes and the apathy of pen pushers for ages. This is how he should go out. Getting fucked by a clerical error. By a loophole in a shitty system. When he's made his "fortune" doing the exact same thing. Shitty laws exist. I did a whole paper on them in college. Better people get fucked by stupider laws because they wanted some pot.

I'm not even angry, DSP is not the grossest cow, he is no Nick Bates. But he is certainly one of the scummiest. So fuck him. He deserves every minute of this. He deserves this to be how he goes out, because this is how he came in.

While I agree the DMCA is bullshit, Phil's used bullshit claims, double talk, outright lies, hidden axes and sheer luck to defeat:

1) Trolls
2) Detractors
3) Game developers
4) Lawyers
5) Tevin himself, and various other Tevin types
6) Sweaty gacha wrestlers
7) Bankruptcy court
8) And the goddamn IRS, which took down Capone

Eventually even the pigroach luck has to even out...

Who is to say these DMCA is false anyway?

Earlier in the thread I posted how DSP gets his "artwork" from his speds, and there is no way some of them just havent taken from somewhere else.

Shit can still DMCAed if he paid someone for his stuff, but then he would have a easy way to prove it is his stuff with receipt.
All the proof he has of any ownership now is pinky swear posts on his dead retard forum.

I would die laughing if this DMCA is legit and one of his wheelchairs stole some dudes artwork and just photoshopped a goatee on it.

It's probably been answered before, but has Kat's "intelligence" been debated yet? Like does she genuinely have feelings for DSP (for whatever reason) or is she riding whatever constitutes a "gravy train" that DSP is currently "conducting"?

I ask because at least his last ex knew he was a fucking idiot, so either Kat is sticking with him through thick and thin because she's blinded by love, or she's smart enough to see the pattern that DSP makes for himself and is just hanging on until he ACTUALLY hits rock bottom to bail on his ass.

He could get fucked by legit ToS violations rather than some bullshit DMCA claims and it would also be appropriate, because he's hypocritical as fuck about those too.

But this is the problem with trying to have a discussion about what Phil and does not deserve, isn't it? Difference in perspectives. I'm not in the camp that the pigroach has gotten "massively lucky". I can't in good conscience see things that way because as I've said here on the Farms before, no one would trade places with him. They would take the luck they think they see him benefiting from, but that's not an option when we're talking about so-called "pigroach luck". What normal people want is to get lucky and win the Lottery, not get lucky and survive what Phil has put himself through. "Survive" being used pretty loosely here, because good lord is his future fucked one way or another. I don't care if he gets re-instated at Twitch and then never taken down ever again. That's not a form of survival anyone but him is willing to accept at the cost that he pays, because, and I cannot stress this enough, he never gets to do anything else for a living again. He is locked into being miserable forever. Lucky? No. The only way for him to get any unluckier is going back to Connecticut and living with his parents until they die. The only thing worse than that is being homeless and drinking himself to death, the latter of which he may do anyway. That NOT happening can hardly be called "lucky", either.

I will never feel sorry for Phil, because he lacks empathy, and that, coupled with all of his other bad traits, I cannot abide by. Nay, society cannot afford to abide that. But it can't afford to accept it when a broken system is being exploited either. I will forever say: "Fuck both of them."

I’d say neither. Khat doesn’t strike me as devious or intelligent enough to come up with some sort of milk-DSP till empty plan.


She does strike me as someone with plenty of ho-survival instinct though. The ability to recognize Phil as a shortcut out of a shitty situation.

When she finds a better partner, she’ll jump ship.

The catch is wether or not a better partner would take in Kat, or even if a guy like Phil would have accepted Kat if he were smart...which is why a divorce saga would be amazing for it's catastrophic levels of salt but is unfortunately super unlikely.

Meh... Despite all the horse jokes, she’s not THAT bad looking. (Prob gained weight after the marriage, but she’s still a 5/10)

Plus she’s still young.

There’s no shortage of lonely dudes out there, or older men who are worried they might be foreveralone. Men with a lot more financial stability than Phil who aren’t bankrupt. (Note: I didn’t say successful men. Just more successful than Phil.)

I’d say it’s quite possible someone pulls a Phil on Phil. One day, outta the blue Khat will say “this isn’t working” and leave in a car parked outside, with the guy she has been planning this with for months.

(Or more likely, just leave him a note and never come back.)

Thing is: Phil is pretty dumb. Once something is working for him, he assumes that it’ll work forever.

He’s got his horse, and assumes it’ll stay in the stable, without ever giving it a good brushing or feeding it an apple.
