His Twitch channel is still suspended, btw.

Updates:

- says he requested to get a new partner manager, since the other "guy" doesn't seem to be working for Twitch anymore
- admits he's breaking Twitch's ToS about not streaming on another platform while being partnered
- "Twitched fucked me over, so why would I care about their rules!?"
- "I want the Twitch situation resolved, but I'm not sure if that's going to happen; the update is not a very good update"
- says it looks like he'll be able to stream on Twitch again later today
- "I don't care about Twitch saying I can't stream anywhere else"
- "If I get kicked out of the Partner Program, then fuck it, I don't care"
- calls the DMCA claimer an "asshole"
- keeps stalling on telling what "the update" is about. Received $85 in about 33 minutes of talking on stream.
- Twitch's response to DSP's request to provide him info about what was claimed so he could file a counter-claim is an auto-response, and his ticket has been closed and marked as being 'resolved'
- "They didn't read it again!"
- an email from Twitch says the DMCA claim from Sunday was done on the "x 7 subscriber badge"
- the DMCA claimer has made a (in DSP's words) "bullshit page that acts like they created the badges in 2015". Then shows it on his phone to prevent his home IP being tracked:
bullshit page sub badges DMCA.png
- he claims that he did nothing wrong
- Twitch's email says his Twitch account will be terminated when he gets a third strike

Wait... I'm seeing a different Twitch channel there. Could it be that Popsicolo, who created DSP's sub badges, actually (partially) used someone else's work? :story:

It's one thing to get fucked by a flawed DMCA system/law, but it's a whole different thing to actually make it worse it by letting yourself go like this. Not really a mature adult way of handling this.

For a 'pro' his setup is really low quality. Like.. get some lights dude. A decent lens. Some RGB to cast colour shades all over every surface. A few tiny potted plants.
This. Every streamer nowadays has some kind of a set with merchandise or a certain theme. Hell, even Boogie has a set. Fucking Boogie lol.

You know what, that’s one thing I can appreciate Phil for, he doesn’t have to prove he’s a Gamer, getting RGB lights and Razer equipment to prove your a pro gamer is pretty gay. The lens I can agree on though, that camera is shit.

Oh yeah he's fucked, before it wasn't really an issue because Twitch didn't give a shit, there was no other "platform", any other attempt at this was laughable at best, but after the Ninja fiasco now Twitch has paranoia even if Mixer failed completely, that shit don't fly anymore, even if the first hit was some DMCA bullshit, breaking that ToS is pretty much a guaranteed boot, they booted Ninja out of pettiness, they'll definitely won't have a bleeding heart for the pigroach, specially when he comes up to them all Karen mode thinking he owns shit

It's probably been answered before, but has Kat's "intelligence" been debated yet? Like does she genuinely have feelings for DSP (for whatever reason) or is she riding whatever constitutes a "gravy train" that DSP is currently "conducting"?

I ask because at least his last ex knew he was a fucking idiot, so either Kat is sticking with him through thick and thin because she's blinded by love, or she's smart enough to see the pattern that DSP makes for himself and is just hanging on until he ACTUALLY hits rock bottom to bail on his ass.
She just wants security and someone to take car of her. Can't blame her considering the childhood she had.

On the 'more DMCAs means you can get deleted stuff'.

Its not twitch saying they WILL off his channel, like some people here seem to think, it's just a standard heads up they COULD.

In Phil's case its clearly false strikes, so he's not actually at risk. Its probably part of the form letter and he's just a moron.

Yeah, if he gets dropped, it'll be for this shit he's doing now where he's willfully breaking TOS/his partner agreement and basically dating Twitch to do something.
