I'd bet that she's been diagnosed with EDNOS (Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified) which is the catchall for disordered eaters who don't fit the DSM criterion. It's not unusual for people with an EDNOS diagnosis to develop a bit of a complex regarding proving their illness.

EDNOS isn't as commonly diagnosed since the DSM updated their criterion and it's one that is often made to appease insurance companies in order to qualify for treatment. The DSM4 used to require a BMI of below 18.5 & amenorrhea for 3 months, alongside other mental factors (such as extreme fear of weight gain, body disgust). Prior to the DSM5, a woman who had a BMI below 18.5, restricted dieting, and had all other symptoms/signs of classic anorexia nervosa but still got a period, would not qualify for the anorexia nervosa diagnosis. In other cases, if someone was in inpatient or residential treatment and achieved a BMI of 18.5 or higher, they would lose the anorexia diagnosis and financial compensation towards treatment. Residential (not hospital) places in the US typically start around $1,500 a day and so without insurance backing, it's near impossible to get help. In that example, EDNOS is useful for the patient to continue receiving care, as your brain doesn't magically recover as soon as you're no longer underweight.

EDNOS can also be used for the people who insist they have an eating disorder and will harass health care providers for that diagnosis.

In OPS's case, I get the sense she's the type to push a provider into diagnosing her with something just to get it on her chart. EDNOS is a handy label to satisfy munchies like her.

Edit: Upon closer inspection, I see the shelf proudly displays his Funko Pops collection because OF COURSE HE COLLECTS FUNKO POPS.

I have a hard time trying to get through any of his videos, he's got the personality of Chantal's poo-drenched clothes after she shart all over that swinger couple's bathroom. If you don't know the conversion between Fahrenheit and Celsius pause the video, go look it up, and reporting back. Don't just bemoan the fact that you can sit in your swampy little hellhole and watch a Canadian woman eat herself to death while simultaneously not being able to just google the temperature conversion. It was 86 degrees. It's not hard.

I also have a hard time taking someone who has meaty thighs for biceps critiquing Chantal too seriously. After the hysterectomy she's probably got more units of testosterone pumping through her bloodstream than this poor balding bastard. Was there anything worth watching past the 4 minute mark? GG is just too insufferable for me.
