As far as I can tell at this point, the DMCA claimer found out that DSP's sub badges were created by someone else in August of 2015 as part of a commission (misspelled "comission" btw) for a Twitch channel ("barbaro"-something). I can't read the actual website address, [something].blogspot.com. If this is true, and that website exists and the dates of creation are correct, the DMCA claim could actually be legitimate and Twitch has no other option than to honor the claims (I think? Paging Dr. @Null).

The crowns are 36x36, assuming he's using 8 colors, that's a 1 in 10,368 chance that he created the exact same icon as Shana. Then multiply that by however many he stole for DSP

Honestly depends weather they offer static or dynamic IP's. If he has a static he could always call comcast up and either ask them to change it or look into it. If he has a dynamic he can just reset the modem and he will have a new IP.

In fact, when he was threatening Tervin that "alotta peepul" weren't happy with him and were going to get him, I wonder if he was aware of Superhound already. He was all too happy to encourage this sort of behaviour then, when it benefitted him. We know he's directly tried to have detractor content taken down in the past. So I struggle to have sympathy for him now, even when he's clearly not in the wrong (apart from not paying for fucking fanart and badges, therefore having no proof of ownership and making this kind of thing possible).

See, he razed his fanbase to the ground and built it in his own image because his ego couldn't handle having a larger, less controllable audience. So he banned and blocked and deleted until now it's made up of deranged losers, toxic fuckheads, incels, and plenty of trolls and hatewatchers. Just look at his forums. One of the things about a business line internet is a static IP address because you need it if you have any public facing servers etc.
