I'm in the meeting, I see Gailey on the panel. They just wrapped up a case where the guy is totally unprofessional. They're waiting on Skordas to give some kind of message to the court. They have some other guy they want to deal with first, but apparently the guy is a no-show, so I think we may get into the Russell Greer stuff.

You can tell Albino still has sympathy for him regarding his disability. She doesn't come off as vindictive at all. Hats off to her for being so determinedly civilized.

Gabriela Mean (Albino's lawyer) is making sure that the court knows that this is a pattern with Russell. "Our office has seen this pattern with Russell for several years now."

The judge said that Erika Albino's statement brought three words to mind: "strength, professionalism and maturity." Basically, Albino wants to change the agreement so that Greer has to get some treatment.

Gailey (Russell's lawyer) is talking about "hateful" online posts by people who are "proponents against [his] client" who were "jamming the system" to keep Albino from attending the hearing. That's more than a little fanciful, but I guess anyone trying to defend Russell will inevitably end up grasping at straws. The judge seems skeptical that the "anti-Greer"/"anti-Albino" posters are relevant to anything.

Gailey is opposed to mental health assessments of Russell because Russell has complied (beyond a certain point) with Albino's requests that he not contact her.
