The Twitch DMCA Saga (Three Times Resilient!)

What is comcast's response typically to a ddos?
If they're anything like the one here (I no longer use them) it's " *gum smack* whatchooo want. You dos what? I don't speak no Spanish I'll transfurr you.

I dunno I finna go on break. I'll have somebody give yous a call later. (Forgets to mute) Stupid ass motherfucker white boy calling right before mah break. "

Either that or
phil was pounding kat on the bed and it come loose then
The first one is more likely since Khet
doesn't have oiled up, angry red pecs or a hot peenöir like Terry "Hulk" Hogan does.

Still, ewww.

Now, if I were a streamer and my home internet went down I'd grab my phone and go irl stream from someplace public and fun, fuck with people at Taco Bell or Fred Meyer, hell, just drive with my partner holding the camera and telling me what chat said and I'd tell bullshit stories about concerts I went to or really fun days I had.

Of course, I'm not dumb enough to be a streamer.

He did stream from his phone but couldn't leave the office because of sensitive things around the house. He did reveal his closet and the two computers he doesn't use.

Welp, just a reminder that this saga isn’t quite over yet, even if Phil is back on Twitch.

Aside from the copyright issues and any future DMCA claims, you can bet your life that trolls contacted Twitch to report that Phil broke his contract by streaming on YouTube.

I’d say it’s 50/50 whether they give a shit or not.

Phil’s attitude and logic “Fuck em, they fucked me over first!” certainly won’t do him any favors.
Phil's streamed on Youtube before years ago in previous sagas while under Twitch partnership. Twitch 100% doesn't care. If people want to report him, go nuts, but it's all for naught and you'll only make yourself more frustrated with the Pigroach and Twitch's bullshit.

I upgraded my service recently (also use Comcast) and they sent a new modem via UPS. I don't know why they ever had technicians hand them out unless boomers needed help installing them?
I know my company like argued with me forever insisting they should send someone. Funny enough I had stopped on the way while I was moving stuff and had my degree for computers in the car and told them I could grab it to prove I can handle setting up a modem. I'm guessing they were trying to avoid some angry tech support calls, but Jesus they were pushy.

Also it dawned me on how midwest that story sounds and how those stories don't translate well to text.

In what world does Phil have the physical stamina and core strength to thrust, let alone shake a plug loose?

Anyone trying to report him shouldn't waste their time. Assuming this FAQ isn't out of date, Phil's in the clear. The most relevant part is: " The exclusivity clause does not otherwise restrict Affiliates from using other streaming platforms to do live streaming. For instance, an Affiliate is permitted to start a stream on Twitch and, after ending that stream, immediately start a new, separate stream on another platform -- assuming the Affiliate is not also using Twitch to broadcast that same content at the same time."

I think some people are getting it confused with the rebroadcasting thing, which basically says you can't upload VOD's/clips/whatever else from your Twitch stream onto another platform for 24 hours.

This is just speculation on my part because I have no idea how Twitch handles this kind of stuff, but I'd recommend against trying to report Phil for anything else right now. If they know false reports are coming in from Superhound, they might just blanket wave any other reports made during the same time and assume it was part of the Superhound drama.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I think I found proof that the blog post is fake. As others already discussed u can change the date of a post to anything u want and it also changes the text of the webaddress. The guy who had the badges supossedly made for him got his sub button on twitch on 12 april 2017.

It looks like he took a few posts from a real pixel artist named Shana who actually does do commissions for twitch emotes and badges, and then put Popsicolo's at the bottom. https://twitter.com/shanaflames_/media
