Here's my summary:

Spoiler: Hearing Summary

• Gabriela is here from Skordas' office. Russell is identical to last time, hair and all.
• Erika hasn't shown yet, dead air whilst we wait.
• Russell is keeping his head down/talking with Gailey, whilst on mute.
• Erica has joined, she's having microphone issues.
• She's got her camera on, she seems like a nice girl. Very chipper in the face of all this.
• The terms of the no contest plea require a fee and no contact alongside no violations for 12 months.
• They mention Based Skordas whilst catching Erica up lmfao
• They're deferring to Meana, asking for her input.
• She wants Erica to be heard, and to discuss 'how she was victimised'.
• One of her conditions is for Russell 'to get help' because of Russell's 'conduct', on top of the current verdict.
• Erika refers to her 10 page statement. She details her interactions:
• In Spring, almost a year after first contact, he continued to try and message her, she didn't respond.
• He looked at her social media, and he took her business email and began to message her for personal use. She refused to reply because it was not business related.
• He then emailed her: "I thought you weren't responding to me because of my disability" - This is what got her to respond, because she wanted to help him and "be a positive influence"
• She says this situation was scary because he manipulated her good will.
• Threatened to come to her house and to sue her in order to "work out their friendship".
• He posted her on Facebook, "bashing her and her reputation".
• She talks about how she tried to be nice to him, and he kept "being inappropriate" and she "just wanted to be friends" and states that she eventually simply "couldn't be friends with him".
• He made female accounts to add her, as well as added her friends with those accounts.
• He used spoof numbers to message her.
• After this, the emails picked up and this is when the threats began.
• He knew where she lived, despite her not giving him this information.
• He said she needed "to meet him and a mediator".
• (Russell is out of shot for all of this, unfortunately. I can only imagine his reaction)
• She doesn't want other women to go through this, notes that Russell has done this to other women.
• Russell threatened to kill himself if she wouldn't respond.
• Meana notes that her office has had "a long history with Russell" and notes that "if Russell doesn't get what he wants he sues them".
• Meana says she wishes to make this obvious to the court, and that they want Russell to get help.
• The judge asks Meana if what they want is a treatment element to the punishment as well as an extension on the probation period. She says yes.
• The court complains about the way the deal was filed, since Erika was absent, and if they should bring the deal back before the court anew.
• Defence is up, they complain about us (no namedrop, sadly) saying "we are proponents against [Russell]" and were "jamming the system" and prevented Erika from getting in, which was something Erika apparently alleged Russell did to try and prevent her from testifying. Gailey says we have "extreme animosity towards [Russell]". His defence for Russell is that "the only way to get things in the world is to sue", you can really tell this guy is an American.
• He says that Russell felt he had a friend in Erika and his shock is what caused his behaviour, and that he has not messaged her since charges have been brought. He mentions the "very extreme online postings" about Russell. He excuses Russell's past behaviour by saying it was about ticket prices or something..? This part was hard to follow, basically he's trying to spin Russell's Taylor Swift / Ariana Grande suits as matters of services not being rendered, rather than being motivated by his warped view of women.
• The Judge says the court does not follow social media, and again mentions Based Skordas, saying that it "became clear and obvious that it was not the Greg Skordas [he] was familiar with" and that he doesn't know if people are "pro or anti Greer" - cast your votes in the replies below lmao.
• Judge says the court did sense that a treatment element was missing from the last hearing, and now that Erika has testified, they want to add that treatment element.
• They discuss the plea to advance, and that it needs to be re-calibrated with what has just been heard. They decide to discuss it privately. There are no objections to this.

The next date is set for August 5th 2:30PM.

Poor Erika’s heart is in the right place, but treatment will do nothing for him. He’s a malignant narcissist and years and years of therapy would still accomplish nothing. You can’t fix narcissists...at best you can sort of re-teach the more benign ones to try and behave more socially.

Russ will sit silently through every therapy session, fuming and red-faced with fury over having his important time WASTED in such a fashion, over the words of some stupid bitch who led him on and then refused to “work out their friendship” on threat of being dragged into court by her hair and forced to interact with him. When he’s a successful and famous star-fucking mega-celebrity, using Taylor Swift as his bikini-clad footrest, every last one of these people will pay!

Rusty's lawyer brought up people saying mean things about Rusty on the internet and the judge just didn't give a shit, lmao.
They also tried to blame 'the people that follow russell on social media' for Erika and her lawyer not being on the call last time, the judge was like "that was our fault"

They completely did not give a shit about the narrative Russell is trying to weave.
An aside, he bizarrely claimed that Rusty sued Ariana and Taylor over ticket prices, when it's easily accessible information to the court that that is entirely not the case.

Considering how much he will hate it, I just see any mandated treatment plan as some small measure of punishment while we wait for him to inevitably end up back in court. Thanks to our quick eyed kiwis for catching this in time.

I'd like to think now they've gotten to talk to Erika, and with Erika's defence bringing up that Russell has a pattern of behaviour like this, they'll take a closer look into his past suits, because they 100% link to this case.
I'd be interested to hear if his lawyer has even looked into those or Russells past behaviour or is just taking him at (frozen) face value.

Russ doesn't listen to anyone because he thinks he is perfect. He's going to ignore everything his therapist says to him all the while his anger and hatred towards Erika stews deep inside his heart.

I was really hoping this was about him violating his probation somehow and that we were going to see the Jailbird Saga.
