I'm a bit pessimistic about the court ordered therapy since all Chris-Chan had to do was show up to his while putting little to no effort into what the therapist said. Atleast that's how it appears since he's gone even further down the rabbit hole.
Russ has several interested parties following his case closely so I don't think he's gonna skate. To those who watched, did Erika go into detail about how he threatened her? Was it just the suicide threat or did he threaten to hurt her?

He threatened to come to her house apparently, because he used some people finder site to get her address.

I really do hope the court complies with Erika's request and orders Russ into therapy. Since the judge sounded surprised that it wasn't a requested condition on top of the retraining/no contact order and fees, I think there's a good chance that's what will happen. I'd rather see Shit-lips fuck up and go to jail over noncompliance with his court ordered therapy than by harassing Erika more. And I think it's pretty likely that Russ will either not follow the therapists instructions or just won't attend the meetings period out of some arrogant sense of "unfairness".

This. Erica seems like a truly, lovely person and I hope Russhole keeps away from her. She did nothing to deserve being stalked by a disgusting slobber goblin.

Reminder though that Russ was fired from a law firm for using computer access to get personal information for stalking and harassment purposes. He was fired for following a woman into the locker room somewhere, and now we hear he allegedly knows where Erika lives. That is very scary.

I don't disagree that he needs therapy (court appointed, not Greer appointed), but I think he's too far gone in his mental illness for therapy to be a success--not without new info on a diagnosis. Frankly he seems to need his internet access revoked and a tard wrangler to manage his daily movements, but I know that is not realistic and may not be the solution either.

I'm just saying that Russ is scary right now because he is escalating. Gailey is not in an enviable position right now. The man is serving defense. He's literally just doing his job, and going by the descriptions provided by our watchers today, I bet even HE may think that Russ is getting pretty scary here, but there's not much he can do other than firing his client.

EDIT: The hearing summary provided by @Banworld ought to be included in the OP. I have a feeling Russ will strike again and the info here should be on hand for his next rodeo.

I know a lot of people here like to play off that Rusty is a weak little manlet and can't do shit, but it's true that his behaviour has gotten worse as we've watched him.
He's gone from sending venmo's to get girls to talk to him to demanding they meet him or he'll turn up at their house.

Personally, I think the longer he has free reign, the more likely him doing something really fucked up is. He's losing his patience in waiting for the woman who will be his perfect mother-wife. He thinks he's entitled to it.
When does he get to the point where he just tries to take what he thinks he's owed? Tard-Rage is a hell of a drug.
He's either going to do something horrendous or get beaten into a bloody pulp because, once again, he's fucked with the wrong person.

And for those farmers who are frustrated with David "Teflon Tard" Stone always getting free passes from the courts, the same applies here to Russ.
There's a clear paper trail along with at least a few attorneys confirming their several interactions with him. At this point, if the court doesn't do something punitive and Russ sexually assaults or hurts a woman, I imagine the victims might have standing to sue the court for failing to put a stop to the tard's behavior. He is showing more and more signs (like in Final Destination) that he WILL do something and the courts with their already stretched resources do not need this liability.

I don’t know whether treatment would do anything to help Russell or prevent his behavior, but it’s the best option short of throwing him in prison for life (which is what should be done but the legal system won’t ever do that). I’m glad she is pursuing it further because he really did torment her. We laugh about his antics and I love when he goes for celebrities because they have legions of body guards to protect them, but when it’s someone local to him that is scary.

Also that was an incredibly lame defense that we would “jam the system” so Erika couldn’t join. Why would we want to do that? We wanted to see him get the legal smackdown and her being there would help make that happen. It was the only thing he could think of to try and spin this in Russell’s favor.

If he gets ordered into therapy, he might actually get violent. Remember, he thinks he's fine, it's everyone else who's fucked up, if people would just recognize his superiority and give him what he wants without question, everything would be fine. You know he was absolutely seething over being called back into court. He said he was sorry! He agreed to leave her alone and pay the fine! What more do you want?!

The only other thing that would have made this the Trial of the Century(tm) is inclusion of the Price Is Right Losing horn right at the end.

He's probably pretty upset about the court ordered therapy, hence this.

Well this is the first time anyone has threatened kiwi farms with the feds and I don’t know about you guys, but I guess we should stop saying mean things about Russell.

He probably came to this conclusion just based on the lawyer saying we were harassing him.

Oh god shut up Russ. They did not say that. Talking ABOUT someone is not harassment, especially when that person has made themselves a public figure. And you don't get to complain about harassment anymore you little hypocrite. The prosecutor didn't say anything like that.
Oh, no! I better hide my stash of illegally acquired surveillance equipment and sniper rifles before the Feds kick down my door for posting about a famous songwriter on a popular Internet forum.
Don't worry man, we're sending in a cleaner. They'll sanitize all the evidence. If things get too hot, remember the safehouse in Florida.

Oh no, not the FBI... You hear that, you frickers? The FBI!
Have fun in prison Russ, because everyone knows that you will either get another harrassment charge or try to skirt on your mandatory therapy sessions.
