I'm just saying that Russ is scary right now because he is escalating. Gailey is not in an enviable position right now. The man is serving defense. He's literally just doing his job, and going by the descriptions provided by our watchers today, I bet even HE may think that Russ is getting pretty scary here, but there's not much he can do other than firing his client.

I believe the story goes that he was fired from a gym for following a woman into a locker room, but was that ever proven? Was there a post or comment someone made that said that?

That's the beauty of it, the absolute powerlessness of these hearings must infuriate him. Was he glaring into the camera again? I bet he was, thinking he could scare us somehow. He's pathetic. And it goes to show the depth of his delusion that he thought coming to her house would improve things. I bet he still thinks Chad is abusing her.

Wow, we're back to "the police are going to arrest you for saying mean things about me!" Classic Russell. You gotta laugh at the fact that he's already back to hitting on women and bragging about the law just hours after being ordered into therapy for harassment. This may be Russell's lowest moment yet. He's threatened a lot of stuff but now he's actually violated court orders and harassed Erica even more, this is actually getting dangerous. I hope Chad is ready to potentially confront this lunatic.

I dont have the screengrabs, so this may be idle gossip but I remember early in the thread, someone mentioned he said somewhere he had bipolar disorder but wouldnt take the medicine for it because he didnt like it or like how it made him feel or whatever. I do think a mood stabilizer is one thing they would prescribe to a bipolar person.

His lawyer, whether he meant to or not, has just bolstered his idea that he's always right and his sense of entitlement.
I wonder how much Rusty's parents are paying him to be Russells new yes man. I bet he's in his next book as the legal eagle who must die so people know that Rusty is totally right and it's the damn trolls who're ruining his life, and not the consequences of his own actions.

Yeah he has indeed said that. He was prescribed meds for bipolar but doesn't take them because they make him "not himself" was how he put it.

This is pretty clear insight into his reality distortion. If he can twist that hearing into the beginning of the federal raid of KF, imagine how much he distorts his interactions with women?

also, how does a prosecutor (government) hand off a case to the government.... and how is it a case?

I think he’s thinking of when I tell a friend We will hang out “soon”....never.

Oh no! Not the FBI you guys! What will we ever do?! It's not like the US Kiwis have the First Amendment to protect them in these matters and Kiwis in other countries are beyond jurisdiction of US law enforcement, and the site and it's owner aren't in the United States and likewise beyond jurisdiction. And it's not like we aren't harassing Russhole within the legal definition of the word since we aren't directly contacting him. But the FBI is totally going to get us! Hold me...

This is an interesting development on the Russ Case. I am somewhat impressed that Russ was carrying a briefcase or actual proper messenger style bag, instead of carrying his papers around in a Wal-Mart bag.

I have worked in the legal system in the past in another state and normally misdemeanor cases do not get much attention. However, with this situation with the victim having legal counsel, it just might. I hope Greer has to pay for the court ordered sessions. This will effect his hooker money. Realistically, he is looking at a short jail sentence if he violates the whole thing. His lawyer will end up using Russ being a tard as a mitigating factor for his failure to comply with the Court's order. Lots of cases like this are forgotten about if the judge is not diligent and no one cares enough to make an issue out of it. This one may be a big exception.

This Lillian girl is the ultimate troll, and I was enjoying seeing her egg on both Russ and Lucas Werner.

He probably thinks finding publicly available information and attending a public court hearing is a massive violation of his privacy because he's a gourd-headed idiot who didn't actually pay attention to his paralegal classes and now the only legal knowledge he has is based around suing women into sucking him his penis.
