Gonna have to sadly second this view just based on what’s been going on around Love Letter and the rest of the YanSim drama. By making the game off the back of the Hindenburg that is YanSim, Love Letter is going to be known merely as “the better YanSim” regardless of whatever quality it has/will have. This is the same fate Watashi no Mono was going to be assigned before EpicMealDev halted production for irl bullshit, which is neither here or there.

Fact is simple: the dev of Love Letter got involved in Alex’s sphere of drama, got the two remaining YanSim YouTubers to call him out for stealing assets, and proceeded to cave to all pressure. I won’t even give it a month before LL implodes, just wait for the current YanDev drama to simmer down and see as all the clout-chasing critics of Alex leave Love Letter out to dry and fester. It’s just destined to happen, and is unfortunate.
