Also I'm not talking about maturity, I'm talking about the ability to on average make better judgement calls and understand the concept of costs and risks better when making decisions. For example 6 year olds, unless some sort of young genius, don't know shit about money or where it comes from, so they whine about not getting toys even if their parents are poor as shit. I know because I used to think that when I was 6 years old. 15 year olds also have a habit of thinking they understand the risks of thing, like for example trying to steal their parent's credit card and start charging dumb bullshit because "it is only XXXX dollars" and cause some sort of issue because they missed something. Casual drug use would be one of those poor judgement risks.

Your one example from awhile back about a 19 year old and a 17 year old could have been prevented with just one year's wait max and if you can't wait one year your relationship is probably fucked from the start if you're that impatient.
