This is why I want to homeschool. Yeah, I want to design the curriculum and teach them problematic things like Western values. And I imagine they'd accomplish more in less time without the school system weighing them down. But mainly because I think dumping kids into gen pop seems like a really awful way to raise them. I never bought the popular idea that children must be abused by their peers in order to learn how to deal with adversity. If I believed that, I could still abuse them much more efficiently myself. And I don't think spending all day with children their own age accomplishes any meaningful socialization. It seems more like something that would retard socialization. Liberals talk about a school to prison pipeline, then act shocked that we want to keep kids from setting foot in the pump that feeds that pipeline.

As for being naive to danger, I can take care of that, too.

20 years ago, the thought of homeschooling would have never crossed my mind, either for myself or my future kids.

Now? Jesus Christ, it almost feels like I'd be stupid not to try it.

If I recall correctly, Simo got most [possibly all] of his kills running ironsights too.

The Russians seem to be the only ones still pumping out ammo, but they can’t supply the entire country. I just picked up a case of 1000 rounds of 9mm, brass casing...still in stock right now at 0.33 a round, which sucks but isn’t awful for current shortage prices.

Throw the pawnshop owner a parade and give him a few million dollars for a job well done. I mean at least a cut of what you would have saved on all the looter's damage to society and eventual time in jail would be fair.
