I read this as a situation which you see quite commonly on the Gamegrump Arin Hanson thread. Fans frequently have their live so not together that despite being in their 20s - 30s they surround themselves with 18 yearolds whose lives are very unstable to make them feel like they are in good company.
It is not a conscious effort but more like a weird compulsion where they just kind of find themselves surrounded by young people with usually unstable lives due to sharing similar interests and approach to life.
I think most in this situation choose not to have sex with their teen friends, but different people are different.

An okay write up, but the thing is that there is such a thing known as grooming and it seems to be a very high fashion trend in internet personalities. But even if we are to assume and speculate, the fact is that she turned 18 on September 17, 2019 which leaves us around a 5 month period of time until the blog The Final Farewell blogpost.
If he didn't meet her until after the blog post above, that leaves us around 5 months until she traveled to meet and live with Ralph at sometime in July 2020,

Though as
the main post on Faith has included, there are evidence that they meet up during Ralph's L.A trip in June 2020, accusations of them being together and then breaking up as brought up by the unproven DM leak (also in the main Faith post), this means he probably talked with Faith while dating Ade bringing up a whole new issue and conspiracy, and you can possibly cross reference all that with when Faith's ex called Faith his Girlfriend.
We also know that she was confirmed to be a mod in Ralph's discord before May 16, 2020 as her being a mod in that Discord was the reason she was doxed for the first time by (Pedophile, Liar) on the stream The Jannies. So we know for a fact that Ralph knew her well enough to mod her some time before May 16, 2020.

Now, i'm pretty shit at making long posts because my attention span is shit, but my point is that no matter how you look at it, Ralph's side of the story is that he met and talked with this 18 year old woman for the first time sometime between 17th September 2019 and now, where she is living with him.
So either they met and super quickly got together and then suddenly decided on a whim to just live together, or Ralph talked and possibly groomed this teenager before she turned 18. Speaking seriously, both are in my mind possible so you should really make up your own mind.
