I think with the way troons treat purity culture it could be fucking anything. It’s almost said that the trannies that kev ended up imprinting on when he was a baby faggot or whatever had to be this group of lunatics. The way Kevin acts makes me think that there are two am-holes. The literal one is the mess between his legs. The figurative am hole is the mental space he crawls into whenever he's confronted by opposing opinions, any kind of dissent, being questioned, responsibility etc. Anything that makes him feel icky or even slightly doubtful or wrong. The above is an example of Kevin being deep in the am hole. I guess, now that I think about it, it could be a more troon specific way of saying "head up your ass."

Did kevvie tell the doc "me wan horn again like dik dayz, plz gib halp" and the doc just gave him progesterone, not sure if it should be used like all month, most women only use it one week out of the month because it also makes you very emotional and shit.

From what I understand about progesterone and troons is they give it to you not just for the sex drive, but also to help speed up certain processes that the estrogen pills, and what have you, just aren't cutting it(at least fast enough usually). Doctors that give these drugs out will always mention that if you become emotionally unstable that you should stop taking the medication immediately and find an alternative. Unfortunately for many troons, they don't wanna admit that this is the truth and just take it anyway, especially for Kev here whose already batshit. Progesterone cream is available OTC. He’s an idiot though as it counteracts estrogen and can be converted into testosterone in the body. He’s gonna have one hell of a case of PMS when he quits taking it.

Not that it would help him, especially in the cloutbased ecosystem troons have built up. If he makes an anonymous account and vents about his hole, it'd either get ignored, get reported to high heavens and decried as a TERF troll, or worst case scenario: he gets recognized. Kev has a very particular way of writing that'd get recognized immediately if the post gets any traction, and while he might have plausible deniability, it still wouldn't accomplish anything, would it?
He has no realistic way to talk about transrelated issues without following it up immediately with a backpedal lest he get eaten by the crowd lions.
