Gavin came into his mouthpiece position specifically from hardcore, art and comedy. Ambiguity over intent works pretty well in all three. The big miscalculation I see in the Proud Boys arc is not understanding the nature of the people who followed Ant Cumia to Compound and expecting those people to get and play with ambiguity. By the time the Proud Boys became a thing with actual members rather than a joke to torment the producer with, it was far too late to rein it in.

By happenstance I was watching a video about Besa Mafia (a fake hitman onion scam site) in the video I cam across this...

Bitcoin (and general crypto) tumbling services. Take amounts from one wallet and "tumble" it in to multiple smaller wallets so it is hard to trace back.

Dax in the past has Admitted to having an undisclosed amount of crypto. We also all know his "taxation is theft" attitude. Jesse of pod awful has claimed that he stole around $25k-$28k in bitcoin from BPITU (believe what you want about that accusation, in retrospect I believe it has far more weight now and Dax would intentionally leave crypto off the books and pocket it for himself despite saying SendOwl the service he used for distributing the bonus episodes accepted crypto as payment and some episodes were paid in crypto. Dax's accounting on the Reddit never shows crypto or reports expense of convertion and is instead already neatly converted into dollars). Running Bitcoin through a Bitcoin tumbler would be a way to keep the assets of bitcoin untaxed (important due to appreciation in value) and occasionally run the have donations funnel to himself. This could be why Dax is so insistant on a payment processor he has control of and is so butt hurt about the match list despite that it seems to have no effect on his ability to open something like a new processor like a SubscribeStar or affect current storefronts he has such as his merch shop.

If Dax was helping e-fwends receive laundered funds or Dax himself was cashing out his own assets through his own service, this could explain a lot. Dax has stated that in an argument he got into with banks about suspicion of money laundering they said it looked like a ton of little transactions to hide the source of payment. Dax says that isn't how money laundering work, but as we see in the clip that is EXACTLY how laundering through a Bitcoin tumbler works. This would also explain the bank shutting him down for suspicion of online gambling as untraceable money would look similar. A payment processor would be the perfect cover for something like this, and even if you weren't dumb enough to use fake info making sketchy donations, if you found sycophants dumb enough to not understand what they are doing legally and ask them to run donation stuff for you and stick to a script if they get asked questions because all they need is plausible deniability it suddenly makes a little more sense why Dax would purposely surround himself with retards that he white knights till the bitter end and actively seek low IQ individuals for his inner circle.

Dax is a self admitted sociopath, other than family he does not maintain friendships unless he has something to gain from it. Coach is his webhost admin. Larry works in the same marketing fields as Dax (my guess, referals), Kian represented 80's girl in some weird pro-bono but not pro-bono arrangement as his law firm is the only ad that has ever been on TDS and Kian gives some sort of spiel about the air time being compensation or some sort of jargon I am not gonna pretend I fully understand. Maddox was his free ticket to success. UCB were networking opportunities. He chose Marie Valenzuela over JLH (obvious not because of looks) since she is the eternal war trophy and seems to help indulge Dax in his predatory conquests that seem to be about not just the physical but weird psychological games he likes playing, while Jamie made it clear while she may be down for a threesome now and again she ultimately is a 1 man kinda gal. Even Sean is his audio engineer and Sean has admitted that while close there were periods they didn't speak (this is normal) than Dax would get in touch with him for some kind of venture be it the Dicktastics, audio engineering, or whatever. Sean and Dax also explained the reason they became friends is because Sean was older and could get Dax alcohol (and we know Dax is a self admitted alcoholic).

My guess is why you see some of these brainletts who no one likes keep popping up is Dax is using them for something. As Riley is a massive fuck up I doubt it's for computer skills in making youtube clips and being a spectacular booker. I would see it far more likely Dax would have Riley open some kind of crypto wallet under Riley's own info and either explicitely help Dax, or Dax would have access via some sort of password/backdoor deal he sets up and possibly programs himself. Again speculation, don't take as fact. Offer a mix of e-fame clout, troll shielding, cult of personality, & somewhat like Kian or another shady legal fwend smoothing it over explaining plausible deniability + script + NDA for "employment with the Dick Show" you have a mark willing to be a bitch.

Since so many factors are involved you can play around with a lot of things, shift narratives how you want by dropping massive superchats how you like under some anon youtube account that is random, make certain public accounts look larger than they really are, etc. I always said it looked odd how the relationship between TDS's patrons and revenue looked odd and almost like a user floor was in place. Again, I cannot prove this, but it becomes a plausible theory of abnormal amount of people throwing $1 in the Patreon despite getting not much of anything. This shows a trend of average per patron donation going down despite increased patrons. This also explains the strange inverse relation between listenership, social media engagement, and downloads going down but an increase in donors.

Dax said he had big plans for NP2. However given how shitty he ran the site, it seemed less like expansion was the goal. The tweets where Dax said "criminals welcome" do not age very well and explain why he may be courting certain people. When he doesn't get what he wants, well we are seeing how Dax is treating Joosh right now. Dax seems to be good at convincing low IQ people to do his dirty work for him and fight his battles. He even is good at spinning something as being fun for to be his personal army for, as Maddox was a masterful utilization of making it fun to troll someone who was going through a mid life crisis and pissed off show fans anyways. Not saying Maddox didn't deserve it, just pointing out how Dax convinced people to see things his way and complimenting his effectiveness.

I think this is the most plausible theory for NP2 getting stopped multiple times as well as my inflated Patreon theories that seem to hit brick walls. Funny thing is Dax could just be super private and claim people knowing how much you are worth is none of their business, but then he doesn't get to rub Maddox's nose in shit or use his big Patreon as a marketing tool when people talk about his show so of course he has to proudly display it out there. A Chinese bank would also be more willing to do the bear minimum for looking into anything like this. It also explains why Dax specifically is asking for repeals of money laundering patriot act laws.

I also think it's 100% in Dax's character to try and dodge taxes in some weird loophole way. We also do not know how Dax was holding money for NP2 other than bank accounts but he has said in the past "I am worried NP2 is gonna cost me my mortgage" when he was banking with chase and they shut him down for suspicion of online gambling.

I also don't believe the Discover de-platforming thing anymore. How much pull would Discover honestly have? Who is paying with Discover? Who even accepts Discover? It's a strange accusation that he can always have plausible deniability for because it was a cust service rep accidentally telling him this. Ya know, given all calls are recorded I'm surpised Dax doesn't record the calls, censor the sensitive info, then release them for proof. He has all the equipment to do it. He also did not have any interest in suing Discover, while he wants to sue the shit out of Mastercard and when he was originally let go from Chase wanted to sue Chase.

Again this is all theory and speculation of why money laundering suspicion shut down NP2. This should not be taken as anything more than speculation and my own opinions.

So Dick promised to set up the site, probably with as great a set up as np2, for clout. Gavin think it's not a one time deal, but that Dick offered to actually run and maintain the site for him. So instead of telling Gavin when he finished the site that he needed a person to maintain it, Dick said nothing. When Gavin noticed the site wasn't working correctly, he was understandably pissed. Somehow I don't buy that Dax has any 'professional coder/website builder' chops - he just really doesn't seem to me to be the 'type' at all.

Where/when did he pick up these leet skillz and what has he ever done with them? Is there any record of him talking with Null about deep-level coding/webdev or anything?

His old website Bigg Nutts talked about some of his stuff in this, but he seems not be anything super in depth and he seems to only know his way around Word Press stuff. He uses it for literally everything.
I suspect he uses Mac and is such a massive Mac fanboi because it does not have the same security flaws as Windows, but I am not super well versed in this to speak on it effectively. I am not a programmer so if someone is I guess you could explain this strange preference if you understand it from that stand point.

He also used to do this strange dance around saying he went to college at Cal Tech because Cal Tech is a technical school, not a traditional college. He works in a field unrelated to his engineering degree (marketing). At some point he had interest with Rocket Science and his ex roomate "Rocket Man" is an astronaut candidate. Dax also claimed he worked at JPL building drones but who knows how true that is. Dax's UCB page talks about his interest in Rocket Science and his band.

His Dick Show site seems like a basic template. Insert banner, choose colors, throw in sidebar.

And actors to sound interesting have to come up with something that makes them stick out as a resume, so the casting people remember you. Or something quirky for a comedy troop. I wonder if he took the fact that his ex roommate was a possible astronaut and thought saying he was into rocket science would make him stand out on an actor's bio.

So Dick promised to set up the site, probably with as great a set up as np2, for clout. Gavin think it's not a one time deal, but that Dick offered to actually run and maintain the site for him. So instead of telling Gavin when he finished the site that he needed a person to maintain it, Dick said nothing. When Gavin noticed the site wasn't working correctly, he was understandably pissed. I'd want to hear Gavin's side of things. We have all witnessed how Dax constantly over promises and under delivers.
My guess would be Dax offers to do something because free speech cause, Gavin accepts cause they run in the same circles, then Dax pulls a bait and switch wanting SOMETHING in return (possibly a non monetary compensation). Gavin ghosts, Dax seethes. Dax always wants something from people, even when he claims he doesn't, just look at what happened to Joosh.

It seems like to Dax this is a massive unforgivable transgression he will never forget that changed how he views Gavin McInnes from that point on.

To Gavin, it was just another weekday dealing with a tard who can't communicate clearly.

I notice the does this the most during interviews with guests who aren't familiar with him. They get the impression that the obnoxious, alcoholic, pervert that is Dick Masterson is just some comedic creation.
