So from what I understand, Nick really doesn't have that big of a bombshell and even if he revealed it, it wouldn't do much damage. So what we can hope for is Vic winning appeals.
Who knows? But if it is just Funi Leaks II, why bother? Just lube me up with sacred ointment and rail me with disappointment at that point.

It would be funny still, nonetheless.

Well from we've seen from Nick releasing info he never missed. The Vic message to Monica made me hate her even more. Ron's message to the Rangers made me think he's even more pathetic. The Jellybean story had me in disbelief especially when Monica confirmed. Nick said he has info from VA's in the industry, con owners especially that one where they know what happened at Tekko 07.

Also the real reason I commented here. He's still fucking talking

As much as Rager is a ginormous faggotron, he's right about this Vic hype possibly burning out. If Vic loses appeals, Manjaw and other crazies are going to 500% ensure Vic sunsets himself and I doubt enough Vicstans will be strong enough to hold off that kinda bullshit. Outside of Monica, Jamie, Sabat, and D.C. Dickless (the latter two being inevitable #MeToo cancellation targets), most of the asshattery of the other VAs will likely get memoryholed. Will people remember the voice of Hercule and Buu shitting on fans outside Vicstans and Kiweebs? Hell, will anyone actually remember the cringe bad takes of Stephanie Sheh and Cristina Vee outside the aforementioned losers of this culture slapfight? I know I'll get cheap laughs knowing that VAs are shitheels, but in the end it just means they got away and can take advantage of new suckers unaware of their cruelty.

Speaking of Cristina Vee: here's some TDS to fill space.

"Still working"

But is anyone watching?

So... Haven’t really followed this case for like a year. Is there somewhere to get up to speed without trawling through thousands of posts?
The defendants filed a motion to have the lawsuit thrown out under the TCPA, which is the Texas anti-SLAPP law. SLAPP stands for Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation, so filing this motion was basically the defendants saying "this lawsuit is being filed not because we did any actual harm but just because the plaintiff wants to shut us up and therefore is a violation of our first amendment rights." The judge assigned to the case upheld the motion, stopping the lawsuit from continuing. Vic's team almost immediately filed an appeal on the grounds that the evidence in their filings met the threshold for proving that their case was legitimate, but in the meantime there were hearings to determine how much Vic would have to pay in defendants' attorney fees. Funimation's and Marchi's lawyers filed relatively normal fee requests but MoRon's team filed very high requests that blatantly seemed to target the amount that the GoFundMe has earned (they mentioned the GFM several times in their filings). The judge had none of this and assigned them a more realistic fee amount, but they have filed appeals seeking more money. In the meantime the appeals court has set a hearing for September where they will either affirm the judge's acceptance of the TCPA motion or overturn it, in which case Vic's case will be able to move forward. Then, Sally left Tom at the altar to elope with Ernesto, but it turns out he was actually Ernesto's long lost evil twin, Umberto!

I'm absolutely scared of that possibility. I hope Vic at least brings down Moronica and Soye Boye at the very least.

Even if he does win, than what? His VA career is pretty much trashed.
His voice over career has been trashed since his so-called friends stabbed him in the back last year, that's the unfortunate truth of it all.

Whether or not he wins the lawsuit, he will be able further salvage some monetary gain being able to go to a few cons that don't bend the knee to psychotic Karens in the making, and he'll just have to go down a new career path, or retire early, he's pushing 60 anyway.

Some of that is on the Governors like Cuomo. But whats the point she has sever TDS, so there's no hope for her.

And he also shows he's very, very, very talented as well. We'll find a job in no time.

Speaking of which, I have to listen to his audiobook. Heard it's good.

Dear lord, that’s a heroic attempt at keeping me up to date, thanks appreciated!

He said he has a huge announcement he wants to make at a con. Was gonna be Matsuri but now it's Ultracon.

It's excellent. Sometimes I forget he's playing all the parts. The female parts all sound like Ed but he does a good job making them all sound different from each other. My personal favorite voice is Iggy. When you listen you'll know. He does an incredible job with that character which makes me say an extra fuck you to those that say Vic has no range, his voices all sound the same and he can't do an English accent.

The story is good too. I have some issues with how it's written but I'll keep that to myself because I'm no expert or literary critic.

And for those interested, his narrator voice is sexy as hell.

I'm watching STC episode 9 and Vic isnt doing the typical bad Shat impression. He is really playing Capt Kirk down to shats swagger, the look in the eye,how he reacts to others and even fights like the shat. Now to do that and come across as serious and not a parody is real acting. Vic on broadway doing a musical would rock..maybe Phantom of the opera?

9 is one of my favorites along with 3. Of course his acting is phenomenal in all of them. He plays what Kirk is as a man without Shatner's infamous...well, Shatner.

Speaking of STC, I've noticed as of late that whenever Vic talks about it he'll mention every single cast member and guest star saying how amazing they were. Every single last one...

Except Michele.

Eat it, bitch.
