If Bogan is to be believed, Mama Tax told her "the police cannot be showing up at this house, you need to leave" after the first DV violence incident with her. She didn't threaten, she didn't intimidate, she stated the situation and what was going to happen.
That is, Ma Tax seems to understand wasted effort and the Streisand effect, and i would imagine that explains the lack of Lowtax's mom sending legal notices.

No. Company registration is publicly available in every state, including MO. You can access SA LLC's registration and other legal documents, for free, here: https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/e-commerce/company/search/1149683
There has been no change to the LLC or its registered agent (LT) since 2003.

Yeah until either the corporate registry changes (which can be accessed above) or the bottom of the forums changes from " Copyright ©2020, Something Awful LLC" to something else, no change of ownership has taken place.
