Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

Yeah until either the corporate registry changes (which can be accessed above) or the bottom of the forums changes from " Copyright ©2020, Something Awful LLC" to something else, no change of ownership has taken place.

I was just considering the latter option and, oddly enough, Lowtax is also the registered agent for Shmorky LLC, which is registered at the same location as SA LLC. I wonder if LT has the balls to transfer SA ownership to Shmorky LLC while selling SA LLC.

is this how you do a "sick burn" on gbs?

Maybe Dickard is right about the troons he spent the last decade of his life mindlessly blowing. After all, they eventually fucked him completely out of his own site despite his constant fellatio, delivering a delayed but incredibly satisfying karmic wallop to this fucker.

Rich complains about the internet/SA not being fun.

Still cant connect the turning point to insane tranny communists doing morality policing every two seconds, lol.

God damn, Rich. You ain't getting pie money anymore from them, just let it out.

The trannies and overcorrective sjws aren't even near the root cause, with Richard. Vanishing on a community you draw hundreds of thousands of dollars from over the years despite your absenteeism, is what created the divide between the community and him. No one should stay a paycheck-collecting, privileged leader of anything, if they don't even participate, let alone lead.

"Please donate to my patreon, my spotify subscription is the only thing keeping me alive right now"

It was fine my website was 100% deepthroat-and-ball-holding support for cancel culture until they turned on me, now trannies being over sensitive is bad and wrong and negative energy.

I agree with lowtax’s take that the internet is full of anger and outrage. That‘s how his forums became shit. If you post something stupid here you‘ll get called an autistic faggot and everyone will move on with their lives, but you can post the most innocuous shit on SA and get banned a month later for using the ableist word of the day.
Your life, based on the information you provide, is pathetic and funny lowtax. It’s fun to make fun of you. We’re having fun online. There’s very little real anger here.

It used to be you could beat your wife, threaten to deport her and she couldn't go on to tell her story through the internet and making you look all bad and shit.

Oh, goons were fine with that. It’s only the third time around that they started to think “hey maybe this makes us look bad too” when Logan posted it in a place that’s too public for him to suppress.

If Jeff's lawyer is even remotely competent that would be a material breach of the contract to purchase SA LLC and Lowtax would be on the hook for damages (i.e., the purchase price) and attorney fees. And trying to hide assets in the middle of a divorce proceeding is a Bad Idea, so he'd have a difficult time trying to dodge the judgment.

Ashli didn't even tell the story, Lowtax did. This entire thread is just rehashing his and Bogan's posts lmao
Most content in lolcow threads does tend to originate from things that the lolcow went through the effort of making public himself. If lolcows were capable of resisting the urge to overshare, they would not be lolcows. Public records are useful for supplementary data and fact-checking, but no lolcow thread was ever sustained on public records alone.

My favorite recent example of lolcow behavior was in the furry subforum, when some fat faggot had an apocalyptic screaming meltdown in some other furry’s Discord server because someone asked him a sincere question about his financial situation (since he was begging every day for money) and he was so autistic he mistook the question as a personal attack. He took screenshots of his own meltdown and everybody’s responses amounting to “dude wtf” and tweeted them all in an attempt to discredit all his up-until-that-moment-friends. It did not have the effect he desired.

if jeff is intersted, i have a prediction about the future value of the vbulletin website he just bought
I’m guessing that once he gets a secret service visit because some climate change thread goon is making pipe bombs again, we’ll find out what Jeffrey meant when he said he was willing to go to war for Something Awful.

yeah. a lot of recent major media mergers collapsed because the buyer forgot to change the copyright on their websites. whatever, professor.

Just because it's an incredibly bad idea doesn't mean Lowtax won't do it. Quite the opposite in fact, if the history of this thread is anything to go by.

Has there been any actual legal documents/changes to the registry of the LLC yet?

I think the plan might be for Jeffrey to pretend lowtax sold it to him.

Jeffrey gets to pretend to be king and keeps his mod powers.
Goons keep their cognitive dissonance.
Lowtax keeps his pie money.
Wasn’t the post with promised updates about the progress of the sale from Jeffery deleted? Seems rather odd.

I think the chances are high of Lowtax and Jeff just going silent, letting goons move on to current outrages and cancelations and forgetting about Lowtax being bad. It’s a good plan, the cancel culture mob has a short attention span, they need a new and constant source of outrage. Jeff is probably realizing what a mess buying the site would be for him and anyway SA survived the momentary promises of leaving the forums forever after the Logan debacle. Goons weren’t going to leave, but just enjoyed stomping their feet and threatening too.

Lowtax is already sliding into the old news pile. In six to nine months his name won’t get their blood pressure up and they would have to be reminded why they wanted his head on a platter.

I'm wondering if Lowtax is dragging things out, hoping that Logan will either admit she was lying or until he's again "proven innocent" (which isn't a thing, but he seems to think it is; you're not guilty or innocent in court, you're guilty or not guilty) in their legal proceedings, so that he can reclaim the throne at SA; or at least try to.

I don't think he's naive enough to think he'll be welcomed back with open arms, but I could envision a scenario where he thinks that any non-guilty verdict rendered on him (so, maybe Logan doesn't show up, maybe she does and the charges are dropped, maybe she does but the charges against Lowtax aren't proven to a sufficient degree for a guilty verdict, etc.) is enough vindication that he no longer feels like he has to sell, since that was the primary driver of the sale to begin with.

I think that, in his mind, that's a big reason he won't shut the fuck up on social media. He's trying to establish a 'paper trail', so to speak, so that if he has an even remotely favorable verdict, he can point to the shit he's been posting and say "SEE I WAS SAYING IT ALL ALONG GOOFTROOP".

This is probably what will happen, but at a minimum he isn’t going to get that Patreon money back. That part is pretty satisfying, as I knew that ever since he got that windfall in April last year that he’d fuck it all up somehow.

He didn’t disappoint.
