If only Alex's daddy had taught him a few things. Like how to not rip the skin by using someone else's mouth, instead of his own hands.

Aha, the year in pages where I imagine Alex will probably unplug for a few days, curl up in a ball and cry to himself.
Face down on his bed, clutching his pillow. "What have I done?" he will cry.
And the clouds will shift maybe three inches and the Gods will answer: "what haven't you done?"
Alex crying, "what have I done" kind of implies that Alex is self-aware enough to realise that he's brought his shit reputation on himself and has no one else to blame.

the "trying to continue the hype train" is really retarded considering the fact they already have the hype? What kind of smooth brain you have to be to not realize that...

Tangible progress would “hype” the project much more than stupid irrelevant cartoons. In fact, I bet the only way to STOP the hype train would be to start falling into Alex’s pattern, considering that your entire audience is disgruntled Alex fans.

I'm going to try and make a general thread on Lovesick & Yansim clones in Games instead of community watch or anything like that.
I'm 99% certain that a thread about Lovesick/YanSim clones belongs in Community Watch, not in Games. As far as I understand it, you'd only make the thread in Games if you wanted to talk about the games themselves, not the communities around them.

"What have I done?" Alex wistfully stated. God then, in a compassionate attempt to console him, sat on his computer and contemplated his six year old endeavor. "You're right, what HAVE you done?"

I hate the fact that, despite having some things that are true (Like the Discord speedrun thing that was indeed super dumb and probably really annoying to deal with) there is just stuff that's not true at all and he is the one making up false narratives, like still calling Love Letter "a scam, a con artist" and all of that shit. So manipulative.

I'll give him the Discord speedun incident since it was pretty stupid if anything, but the rest reeks bullshit.

I haven't found any popular YouTube video about YanDev with the words containing shit like "pedo" since YouTube probably restricts it. The most memorable video that I can think of is "The truth about YandereDev." The main reason (imo) why so many YouTubers are making videos on him despite the so-called 'debunks' he's made is because he doesn't take responsibility for anything. The more concerning incidents are filled with either "No, I didn't" or "Yes, but there is some context you should be aware of." followed with rather bullshit excuses. Even if all this debunk was 'true', his problematic behavior still reflects on social media, particularly on discord.

Next, the LoveSick/LoveLetter incident.
Yes, Apeis did use some of YanSim's assets (I think he used the environment model?), but he's mentioned that they will be replaced soon.

Because the harassment was absolutely unbearable, I reached out to the "developer" of the "game" that had stolen my assets, and begged him to stop what he was doing. Because of the nature of the situation, I used very emotional language, such as "You're ruining my life," "You're destroying my project," "You're ending my career," etc. I used a lot of these words interchangeably with one another. At one point, I told him that he was "ending a person's life," which, within the context of the conversation, was very obviously a reference to the fact that he was ending my career by devaluing my life's work.

The conversation ended on a positive note.
Then he posted screenshots of our conversation and claimed that I "suicide-baited" him.
And people just believed him.
Even though the screenshot he posted didn't even have any references to suicide in it.

God fucking dammit YanDev, do you expect people to know what you're thinking? Almost anyone who would have seen this conversation would think "Yeah, he's suicide baiting." Even if you view it in your so-called "ending my career by devaluing my life's work.", this is manipulative as fuck. And in the end, you continue to berate LL on your discord and reddit because you didn't get what you wanted.

For someone who's so insistent on making sure everyone's not being 'misinformed', this is fucking hilarious. Apeis may have been the one to post it in his mod channel, but he had no intention to spread it around. It was NightWhisper who spread it on reddit, but I guess that narrative just doesn't fit yours Alex.

even his fresh new hug-box is giving him the L
edit: i havent noticed anyone mentioning this, but almost EVERY post on there is getting dunked on
While they may have spent a lot of effort purging all of the content posted since the hack, I'm fairly certain the banlist is in the process of being rebuilt from scratch so there's a lot of gremlins hanging around shitting on everything but not giving themselves away by posting since you can't see who is voting. Maybe now visible comments have to be manually approved? Don't really know how reddit works.

This discord account appears to be glowing in the dark...
I wouldn't be surprised if Alex or one of his staff were behind this, but even then there was likely little point in censoring the username/avatar as I'd bet that account was created solely for the purpose of this communication. I find it highly unlikely that the account used for the first Discord Speedrun didn't find itself on Alex's personal blocklist. In short, completely impossible to verify, but I'd very much doubt it's genuine.

Goddamn, so the 3,000+ word blog post that turned into "Debunk 2" wasn't enough for him? He has to keep repeating the same points over and over in a long Reddit post that's still being overrun by redditards that haven't been rebanned yet? It's believable to say that the speedruns were mainly preteens who jumped on a bandwagon, but imagine trying to convince people that you weren't trying to manipulate another developer into cancelling their project.
Time and time again this man has screeched at any piece of drama, any accusations thrown his way and called it "false narratives" and "made up by big clickbait youtubers who bully me!"
What he fails to realize is that there's competent people who have given genuine critique on his code instead of just beating the dead "haha if else if else" horse. That he used the Unity store model for so long that she became the mascot of the game, and changing her look entirely at this point would make his 13 year old brainlet fans run for the hills and cry about how their precious Ayano is gone.
Hate and Shame 2 might be closer than we think it is. He's probably gonna make another giant statement and pin it to his Discord server and pour more gasoline into the flames instead of fucking off and learning some code.

Votes are anonymous, yeah. And you can still up or downvote and view the subreddit if you're banned, you just can't comment.
