It types like him minus the smile emojis but what interests me was the date the account was made. It says March but his old account was deleted much later

What's with all the gloom and doom in the earlier parts of the thread? Y'all are acting like the world is ending but we haven't even gotten close to appeals.

Vic is a talented guy. He'll find work. There are plenty of people who still love him and I highly doubt he'll let an appeal loss keep him down IF it comes to that.

If the Nick bombshell isn't big so what? This lawsuit has been enough motivation for the majority of big spending weebs to stop spending because the majority of big spending weebs are straight white males and/or conservative or libertarian in political leanings. They've burned a massive part of the fanbase with their woke bullshit.

But they still haven't figured that out. They think they're doing a good thing. Wait until the fiscal year is over. They can blame COVID on financial losses all they want but give it another year of shitty revenue and they'll either go down with the ship or beg the big spenders to come back.

Vic is intuitive and talented. That's why all the other VAs were so jealous of him in the first place. He will find success in whatever he puts his efforts into, I'm sure of it.

No matter where we end up, it's the journey full of laughs that truly matters. Those who believe in Vic will continue to follow him. We are at a point where the outcome doesn't matter that much anymore. Everyone has a firm belief that will be hard to change. The chances of a major bomb of evidence dropping seems highly unlikely. Nick might drop something if things go against Vic, but there is only so much he could give away. Since... I assume he would still want to protect his sources.

Anyway, is that really Ron back on Twitter? That's a little surprising... You'd think if he had this backup account since March... You'd think he would have just continued to use Twitter with that this whole time. Instead he was shitting up the comments on YT and the threads here. Just seems odd. But I guess if that is Ron, he just couldn't handle not having a hugbox to run off to... The most shocking thing is that he actually managed to stay away from Twitter at all...

Would be more willing to believe it's him if he immediately privated the account and got his previous followers, like his personal fiance back. Otherwise, keeping expectations to "just a troll" setting.

if hard evidence of Vic molesting someone turned up, me and the vast majority of Weeb Wars Kiwis would turn on him in an instant. It think that's a pretty accurate assessment of KF, and I think most of his supporters would, too.

Now, if the defendants were to settle and part of the terms was an unequivocal admission of guilt and apology, you think most KickVic would turn on them? Or if this gets to trial and the jury found them liable? Nah, they would just screech Vic Man Bad because they're divorced from reality.

And you're right, the sad reality is that Vic has a low chance of voice acting again, at least at the major dubbing companies, even if he wins this appeal and wins at trial. But at least at that point, Vic can use the award to retire to plan for whatever his next project is, and the defendants will be sipping lien until they die.

No matter where this case goes, if Funimation has to make failing journalism industry levels of cuts to their staff, especially VAs, not laughing would be a challenge. Especially in a dream scenario where they bite the bullet and bring Vic back to save them from going under. But I can only dream...

The comicsgate guys are making noises about doing PPV animation for their IP and Vic is already the first point of call if they do it.

Oh and before the naysaying starts and the Antis pile on, CG has pulled 7 figures in the last 3-4 months so...
