DSP lives in the Seattle area, one of the highest COL areas in the US. The income limits for the means test is adjusted to the COL in the county of the petitioner. Plus he’s married. I doubt the limit for most of KY is $60k, which is about what I wager ghetto fab Amber makes because it’s about half what she publicly stated her income is and she always lahs.
