Damn straight.Ain't A-Logging if it's the truth, and it is actually impossible to A-Log Nick Bate.
I'm not sure how common it is, but it's an increasing trend as part of the general "tough on crime" bullshit. I'm also not sure if they stick you with a bill if you're impoverished and basically unemployable, as Nick is and will be even more upon getting out, assuming he does. It would be pretty much uncollectable anyway.
An arrest does not equal conviction.

Did anyone archive that?About two months ago Nick admitted on twitter he molested his sister and then quickly deleted the tweet. Don't tell me I'm the only one who saw that.

I didn't see it but there are screen caps of him admitting it an saying some really sick stuff about his sister.
My greatest fear is that Nick's "Those chats were many years ago; it was only fantasy" claim works. (Or it wins him mercy on the severity of his charge or his sentence.)
Showing the court that Nick has confessed recently (and since he was accused) destroys that claim.
What are the chances they're going to subpoena Twitter for that though? He's fucked either way so I don't know if they would need to.
Question for the Legally knowledgeable kiwi's, I am guessing Nicks going to have to sit some form of psychological evaluation in prison on the lead up to the trial would that ever become public record or because it's relating to his medical records would that be kept private?
