Official Physical Health Speculation & Cancer Discussion - hulthy just big

So, if she's too fat to fit inside of an MRI, how would they ever be able to tell if the cancer metastasized? Even if she starts coughing or her bone ends up brittle, how can you tell the difference between general death-fatness and stage IV cancer?
Good question. She needs to stop being a fat fuck. Maybe that is why she is sputtering this madness about her "gut feeling". If she accepts this feeling as truth she won't have to lose weight to get the scans.

I don't see her ever changing. She's just one of those horrible human beings that shouldn't really exist.
She will lay on her fat ass in her $6000 bed and eat orange chicken until she's 700elbees.
And she will keep taring the scale to say she's losing.
Remember her saying if I gain weight I always just say I'm losing.

With all the speculation about surgery yes or no, what if the truth is in between?
The truth that she is getting a surgery but not a hysterectomy just a bariartric surgery instead. I think I heard she once said she does not want to get WLS but who knows whatever halfway severe health issue made her change her mind. Maybe the blood explosion incident. I can see that this one really happened. And doctor's talk was involved that it could turn into cancer if she does not lose weight ASAP to get her hormonal imbalance back on track or else she would have to get a hystorectomy. So she collected all the extra cancer pity coins with the whole cancer saga and got scheduled for WLS. They do the WLS regularly on MSHPL on even worse deathfats than her.

Like that she can show whatever hospital footage she sees fit to pretend it was filmed when she got her hystorectomy, continue as a cancer survivor success story and lose the weight without putting the real lifestyle change effort into it (at least in Ambers head she might be thinking it works that way, we know with Michael B Sweaty that it doesn't).
In Ambers logic: Channel rebranding voila! Plus, all hayduurs silenced.

(Just another detail: It would explain why Mommameth wasted all the time off from work before the "big surgery" and is now preparing to pack up and leave in two weeks. WLS surgery on the MSHPL deathfats does not seem to take much longer to recover than approx. 2 weeks anyway. She collected her honeymoon points to save them up for later when she needs them when she wants something like coin from Amber and is gone now when push comes to shove and Becky is back holding the ass wiper bag.)

why the heck would she start her story with the pill treatment first then? I doubt amber even knew what treatments are out there. If she was lying she would have stuck with the surgery story from the get go

By the way, is she going to do chemo or radiotherapy? Would it even be possible in her case?
Ugh, from what I know, it’s hard on the heart. I don’t think hers will be able to handle it and a few people on here are saying she’s too big. Also heard stories of people having heart problems years down the road as a result from the treatments. So you either die from cancer or heart damage caused by fighting cancer.

I am not sure about chemotherapy, but I know more about radiotherapy. External beam radiotherapy (big machine with either a radioisotope source (mostly obsolete now) or an electron accelerator) works very well on delimited tumours (good for brain or breast cancers) but not so much for cancers where they have spread through lymph nodes. The first step of radiotherapy is to have imaging done with a radiotherapy simulator (specialized CT scanner).
The second type of radiotherapy is brachytherapy. In brachytherapy, radioactive needles or an applicator are inserted close to the tumours to irradiate them within the body. This works well for prostate cancer.
To be successful, they need to know where the cancer is through CT, MRI and possibly PET imaging. Unfortunately, Amber does not fit in those machines. She would need to lose a lot of weight first before they even attempt radiotherapy.

Jesus Christ - What a situation to put yourself in. She treated her health so indifferently even though everyone told her that once you hit 30 your life choices come and bite you in the arse - Although her life choices had already practically disabled her.

Whilst cancer is probably the worst illness someone can experience, even if she is completely clear, it will not be the last - The cancer could almost certainly return - She probably already has congestive heart failure. She is a ticking time bomb and the more time that passes the faster it ticks - even if she were to lose a vast amount of weight those health issues are not going anywhere

If she doesn't make serious efforts to regain her mobility in the coming weeks, I can see her facing some potentially major complications. At her size, she's bound to be at risk of developing bed sores, and given how difficult she finds physical exertion on a good day, anything which prolongs her recovery could feasibly put her on track to becoming permanently bed-bound.

I just hope Becky does the right thing and offers her all the help and the encouragement she needs, because need it she will.
Whenever she decides she will be daintier with it being shorter. I could see her going the soot route like Chantal before cutting it.
I think longer hair is probably the best option for her. I see a lot of fat chicks going down the A-line bob route, but it just makes their faces look even fatter.

Agreed, she's pretty young still but even if we assume the cancer didn't spread, she's going to be at more risk than usual for clots if she won't get her fat ass up and I'm not sure if she'd notice the signs in time because she already is swollen, out of breath and feels like shit pretty much constantly. I honestly think she might turn down chemo because she's so afraid of losing her hair, it's her one nice feature (or it is when it's not scraped up in a greasy mass and blasted with dry shampoo) but if not she'll probably get a bunch of pricy lace fronts. If they're not doing it preventatively at least for a couple of weeks they must have reasonable evidence via biopsy or something else that it hasn't spread outside her reproductive organs, unless Americans practice radically different medical standards than we do, but I'm not experienced in deathfat medicine or flying blind without imaging so idk.

There's no hard evidence of chemo causing long term heart damage by the way. There's been some studies investigating it but they're leaning towards there not being a correlation, and chemo is no walk in the park, but it's mostly sampling bias because deathfats and unhealthy people who get cancer also tend to have shitty hearts, and if the cancer doesn't get you there's a good chance your heart would be the next thing to go just off probability. Of course I'll retract this in light of any new evidence.

I honestly believe that her cancer has spread. She said her lymph nodes were enlarges (I know that can be due to other factors, but still) and she said that the cancer was deep in her uterus. They don’t know if it’s spread because she’s too heavy to get a proper diagnosis.

I don’t know if she’ll die from this or not, but I’m putting money on her cancer having spread.

God, she is such a fucking douche bag. I'm sure she probably has more restrictions than I did after having my hysterectomy, then again I'm not as huge as a whale and they didn't have to cut me open from one side to the other. But fuck, I could walk around and I did, hell I even went shopping and I sure as shit could sit in a car for two damn hours.

Her explanation for that should be most enlightening

She won't explain it, just like she won't explain why she can't travel by car for two hours - her DVT risk (which estrogen would increase and which cancer itself increases) is already being managed by blood thinners and can be further reduced by stopping on the way to walk around for a while.

Can you please explain?

There are several different types of endometrial cancer (this is true for most cancers). Some of them are hormone sensitive and estrogen is thought to play a role in their formation, but others are not. Those tend to be rarer and more aggressive and it's difficult to imagine that AL wouldn't have m.ilked having a rare and aggressive type of cancer for all it was worth.

It's impossible to know with AL whether there are pockets of endometriosis (or even cancer) elsewhere in her pelvic cavity, so giving her estrogen would be a substantial risk.

I could definitely see Hamber lying about taking estrogen pills just to prove that person (and thus all the haydurs) wrong. But she’s so stupid/lazy/uninformed that she didn’t look it up and didn’t realize saying so would actually contradict/undermine her claims instead of making them seem more legit/serious like she had hoped and assumed it would have done. Sounds like a likely possibility to me.
