They are going all out. Just watched them lob mortar shell fireworks into the building. Barely missed going off on the Marshall's but boy did they jump.
This is literally Fort Sumter. The State of Oregon is in rebellion against the United States. There is no other word for it. State Authority is absent and the Federal Government is under violent attack.

I've done more, personally, for black lives than any one of these Black Lives Matter virtue signallers, corporate donors, or rioters. Black lives in real need: homeless, addicts, ex-cons, the disabled. And I'm everything BLM hates. I'm everything that screams "racist, sexist, transphobe" to them. I'm not bragging; "is nice to unfortunate people" would be a pretty weird flex. I'm sure most of us who espouse Christian or humanist values would do the same thing when encountering someone in genuine need. It's the decent thing to do, and comes naturally to decent people.
I suspect many of the rioters know their actions mean nothing, and people like me (and probably you), for all our faults, all our embarrassing provincialism, do more good in the world than them. We feed and clothe the poor, quietly, while they use toys from Chinese sweatshops to livestream acts of vandalism and call it "black lives matter." We build a better society piece-by-piece, helping even the roughest stones find their place in the edifice, while they strike out and try to tear it down. The cognitive dissonance must drive them insane, and they have no idea how to deal with it.

There was a photo posted earlier of a rioter holding a sign that said something like "We Are Not Your Political Pawns". But that's exactly what these idiots are. They are pawns in an attempt by the state and city governments to provoke a bloody gun-shooting conflict between the Feds and the rioters. They want to sacrifice a few danger-hairs so that they get a Kent State moment so that the likes of Ted Wheeler and Jenny Durkan can cry crocodile tears for the cameras while the media blames Trump. Now that the Feds are in Seattle, Durkan said she hopes the rioters "don't take the bait". But the real bait is on the other side of the fence.

The Left drools and furiously masturbates over the dream of war crimes, police brutality, and killings. It's no coincidence that the most heavily militarized police departments are in Democrat held territory. They want to be able to wail and cry and point at dead bodies and blame Republicans and now Trump. Everyone knows it. The Left will push and push then switch the narrative up to ensure everyone views the dead as dindus.
Look at Kent State. Those fucking hippies had it coming big time, but the press reported it as the college kids didnu muffins.
If the feds cut loose and kill even one of these idiots, it'll be all over the news, all over the internet, and it won't matter if the person killed was cutting a baby out of pregnant woman's stomach with a machete, it'll be all about how they dindu muffin and Ebil Twump and ReTHUGlicans.
The only hope is that Joe Sixpack and Mary Rottencrotch have seen enough of the rioting to understand that when the bullets start flying, the insurgents have it coming.
Both sides are playing a dangerous game and the only one who really realizes the stakes are the Feds.
The insurgents are all convinced that they won't catch a bullet in the throat and be left on the pavement gurgling blood, they'll be the ones streaming it on Twitch and getting on the cover of Time as they pose over some poor dying bastard.
One side knows the stakes and how dangerous this one-upmanship is.
The other thinks that they can't be touched, can't be told no, and nobody is allowed to hurt even their feefees.

I was going to say "or the election passes" but I'm completely unconvinced that is actually a stop condition for them.
It is hard to overstate just how much sympathy I have lost for all leftist revolutionary movements that 8 years of history teachers attempted to instill sympathetic feelings towards when considering their alleged "mistreatments" by the inevitably "fascist puppet regime".
