I'm gonna wait 'till 2028, but then I'll totally write up an affidavit to support these allegations. I'll also claim @Ron Toye harassed @EriMin but never check with her if that's in any way true.
that's how it works, right?
Make sure you get me in too. I'll submit an affidavit and it will be a totally different story than what I told here.

At this point all the hilarious coincidences have me convinced that God, if not the court, is truly on Vic's side.

I still chuckle at the West Nile Mosquito thing.
Honestly I wanna talk to someone at lemoine's practice. I think he's the special retard boy in the office. They knew him before the nile, and some of the seniors haven't really come to terms with how much his cognitive function has slid, so they try to give him a gold star and toss him at the non-paying cases that hopefully won't cost them money. It's like giving a downs kiddo a plastic bop hammer while you're building a shed. "Here ya go greggie. Take this hammer just like me, and after I finish hammering in my nails, you start hitting them with yours. I need three squeaks per nail, can you do that for me buddy?"

They know he's retarded, they just can't bring themselves to throw him out on his ass, and disability won't pay until his sponge brain gets much worse, so they're stuck trying to find a spot to use a living corpse that will maybe bring in money?

I wanna gab with a secretary there. I'd be totaly nonplussed to hear her say
"Oh yeah that guy grosses me the fuck out man. His voice sounds like, crinkly, and wet, or like, moist in the grossest way. He would never shut up about this awesome conspiracy he uncovered, when he's not watching youtube videos in his cubicle all day he comes over and sits next to my waiting room chair to update me on his "breakthrough". I dunno, something about a yotuber who has a shell corp, and he uncovered secret collusion between the plaintiff or something. I don't know, he makes me nauseous. Worst part is his brain resets every time he stands up, so half the time he finishes jabbering, stands up, then forgets he was leaving so he sits down to do it all over again."

The intention of the lawsuit was to draw forth the truth into the public spotlight for all to see after the defendants publicly defamed Vic Mignogna. Dunford is a dumbass.

Well that and to reclaim lost revenue from the defendants actions but that first one was top priority.
I'd say the first major victory was getting the depositions out. If they had not dropped the videos, Miggie's name would still be in shambles, with only a few people having read the depo's and vouching for his innocence. Just seeing the plow-toothed, dyke-haried, sand-vag herself bust out fake tears, walk back her own statements, admit she didn't do anything to show her unwillingness or disapproval until 15 years after the fact, etc. showed everyone that this was a bunk accusation.

I still think Monica at some point bragged about Vic making a pass at her because he's a good lookin' guy that so many chicks dig. It reflects well on her (granted not no more, she was more human-sized and shaped back then) that someone of his caliber would endanger his career to go for her. There's a sense of lingering dissatisfaction that he didn't show interest any more and never wanted further action, which she used to fuel her justifications after Ron blew up. I think it spun out of control after she mentioned something happening to him, and he was infuriated to the point of blowing up her spot.

Like every new relationship, they have to disavow everything they ever did as being forced upon them, which in the new climate worked even better for her. Then they hit twitter hard, not expecting the level of scrutiny they would be under, nor the amount of goodwill Vic built.

You know I gotta wonder why LawTwitter talks like they know the outcome of shit. Greg couldn't even get his latest legal escapade off the ground and his "firm" fell apart.

The rest of these speds haven't been in a court room or even professionally consulted someone on a case. And no, armchair lawyering doesn't count because there is infinitely more that goes into a case than what is publicly available.

I'm not a lawyer, never have been interested in law and don't claim to be a professional in any way and even I know that.

So they can squawk all they want. Come back when they've actually done something towards the profession they're supposedly invested in.

More snapchat nightmare material from Vic. It's cute to see how much fun he's having with the filters.

I imagine one day Vic gets drunk & just uses Ron's pic & gives us the king of the Vic Demons known as Vicon Mignoyena. Like, that'll be the true series finale.

But seriously, imagine Vic doing a Ron impersonation & then Ron unironically sending it to homeland security.
That would be the biggest slap in the face to Ron once this whole thing is over, I for one, would piss my pants laughing from it, from both the clip and Ron's reaction to it.

I'd like to think that Ron will unironically go in the FBI building call the clip some kind of attempt at domestic terrorism like it's some country threatening situation which the FBI would stop all it's work for & give Vic a 6* Wanted level for.

The whole building will literally laugh him out, without touching him, cause he's easy to intimidate. Hell, 1-2 people will call him a cuck too just out of natural instinct.
