Rumors has it that Geno will be the next Ultimate fighter. These rumors immediately takes me to a manchild named Fatmanonice who of course has a cult of Geno fans.
You see, the Genosexuals must always profess the inevitability of their naked puppet. Voided of any sense of goals or accomplishments, they hope that if they screech and holler enough on Smashboards, GameFAQs, and social media that Sakurai will magically make him happen even though he said he is not taking any requests outside of the ballot. The only question is how often the Genosexuals fap to their puppet. Given how male dominated fighting game communities like Smash are, it's not surprising there's more faggots than usual in the fan base.
And no one professes the promise of Geno more than Fatman himself. Every day he must promise the Genosexuals that Geno is coming for that feeding them lies that he knows anything will bring him attention and with that, his unwarranted self-importance. He has been doing this for a year and a half. Imagine spending hours upon hours of your life on one forum preaching the gospel of a one-shot character from a game that people just happened to like twenty-four years ago. Such is the life of Fatman.
But who knows, maybe he was right. Maybe a broken clock is correct once a day. But he was also writing a victory narrative for GeNO before the July 20th Direct Mini, which just showed a few third-party games. Let's be generous and assume the true and honest prediction just got held off for a wee bit longer.
So my question is, will the Genosexuals FINALLY get their wooden puppet?
