I do believe there is a time and place for no knock raids (terrorist cells, Uncle Ted types, espionage, etc), but it needs to be done under strict scrutiny.

Nah, man. Anyone who poses a serious enough threat to justify a no-knock also justifies "higher" levels of Law Enforcement involvement. If a no-knock is necessary, even if everything up to that point has been handled by local PD, request the attendance of a State/Federal tac group to kick the door. The threshold for a no-knock warrant is already pretty high, so I don't think more "scrutiny" is necessary. State and Fed bois kick doors less frequently, meaning they practice more, which to me seems like they're less likely to mess something up during the breach vs. local tac who kick doors regularly and become complacent.

In this case it's some plasic bins and trash. One guy kicks a third of it over in seconds. In the cases with the autonomous zones, they just rolled dumpsters into position and left them up on their wheels or loosely stacked random things.

If King County abolishes prison, they'll just move them to Walla Walla or... shit, I can't remember the name of it, but it's in Grey's Harbor County IIRC.

All it will do is put more pressure on the other prisons.

The one to watch is Olympia. Despite how Seattle acts, they aren't the entire state, they aren't the capital, they're just a jumped up swamp donkey village full of faggots and soy-golems that the world will be better off when St. Helens cracks off again and Rainier goes off.

If Olympia starts talking about abolishing prisons, they'll be talking state-wide.
