Given the repetitive nature of Chick's work, I often find myself automatically reading in my own dialogue because it's more amusing. I can't be the only one who does this.

Perhaps a minor point, but I'm impressed that Chick's comic depicts the Uncle as essentially performing an Exorcism, when Exorcisms are primarily practiced by one of the denominations Chick hates most... Catholics.
Yeah I think the logic for these people goes: if we believe our God is real based only on our faith in him, then others' faith is also evidence of a real thing. Not to sperg out but historically speaking this kind of belief comes and goes. In St. Augustine of Hippo's time (a catholic/apostolic guy in the 400s) other gods were real but not powerful; you could summon them and talk to them, but they cannot really help you. On the other hand in Charlemagne's time (the "dark age" in the 700s) it was illegal to believe in such a thing, or to accuse someone of summoning spirits (Chick would have been executed for saying this stuff).
I don't think it counts as an exorcism because exorcisms are very drawn out and ritualistic. All the uncle did was command the spirit to leave. I'm sure it's a double standard thing Chick has with the Catlicks.
I always thought that the muslim man was evil because he followed a different religion and that the child abuse was supposed to be the one thing that made the audience have sympathy for him
Chick prefers to associate everyone who disagrees with him with Hitler. (To wit, the tract in which a child, immediately after learning about evolution, decides to institute a "final solution" against those not members of the "master race.")
