A clip is not equivalent to a whole show. And paywall definitely matters since giving it out for free directly affects the value of the content. Would you see it as wrong for fox to strike some dude uploading a full episode of simpsons, talking a sentence or two about the show every few minutes? Or dick masterson striking someone uploading his paywalled stuff with a few % commentary?
