idk, maybe its just me, but feral pokemon porn (and just feral porn in general) resembles and/or greatly evokes Being Fucked By A Dog way too much to not be triggering if being fucked by a dog was as traumatic as glips saying it is. i think its pretty safe to say that glip was fucked by a dog and manipulated by marl to do it, and it was fucked up, but i dont think glip is as hung up about it as they claim. i know its obvious but their past actions and retelling of their own history directly conflict with the dramatic narrative theyre spinning right now. the events are true, but the emotional outrage is manufactured for the persona theyre going for.

the way youve phrased this is incorrect and leads to incorrect assumptions. the description of the edited page on FA that you refer to explicitly says that insomniacovrld NEVER knew nor was ever affiliated with glip, so they didnt "cut ties" with glip - the phrase insinuates that they were ever in glips circle, which wasnt the case.

further, nymlus is nym's character, not glip's (which this thread has gone over several times), and maple dogs are simply a species of flora, not technically glips characters. it's likely that nymlus was the go-between for insomniac and glip, where glip told nym what legal stuff needed to be included. if insomniac had any contact with glip themself, it was probably to confirm that the comic would be posted on forflor.

another thing that is misleading is when you say that the comic was modified to "disown melanie and floraverse." it wasnt - insomniac just removed the information about flora itself and left what was needed to cover their legal bases. they didnt even outwardly explain why they removed all of the flora stuff, so "disowning" is just not something that happened ever. its just omission of information to give flora and glip the least amount of publicity as legally possible. not a statement actively against them or anything like that.

I never got to comment on it at the time, but it really bothered me that she decided to make it so that Krypto was a CSA victim and the perpetrator was...her sister’s girlfriend’s ex, I guess, but I thought the implication was that Jupet and Krypto are half-siblings, since PK loves showing rapey parents. Repeatedly showing Krypto as “asking for it” isn’t helping you, PK.

I could also comment on the fact that she turned her and Eevee’s self-insert into a trans abuse victim, showed her obvious favouritism, and then turned around and made her into a victim blaming coward. Funny that you mention Marl's current partner blaming KF and saying 16 isn't a child. Glip and Eevee did the exact same thing (I distinctly remember Eevee tweeting about how 16 is "barely a child" and implying that saying a child was abused was being slightly dishonest). Very ironic.

I worry about you, Pengo. From the way you speak of this entire situation I can tell that you're a very empathetic and patient person. Glip, however, can be manipulative and aggressive/defensive (even unintentionally). Not to sound harsh, but the way you approach some of this comes off as a bit naive though it is completely understandable. I do hope you stay mindful during this because red flags aren't always so clear.

I think most people would agree that Glip not being in charge of a server or people would be for the best. That server can serve as an echo chamber in a lot of ways. Glip is the content creator, the server is mostly young fans who idolize them in a way and this causes a power imbalance. It'll be hard for Glip to hold themselves accountable for anything when they have a small crowd of people assuring them that they were in the right because they're afraid to disagree with their idol. This along with the reluctance to ban dangerous people really does more harm than good for everyone involved. No one would be angry at them for deleting the server and moving on (except maybe fans).

A while back on Twitter, I saw a webcomic artist state that 'no webcomic artist should ever have a Discord server to interact with their fans. It's egotistical and can even lead to abusive situations.' The artist specifically referenced Glitchedpuppet and Marl.

At the time, I thought this take was a little harsh. I follow some webcomic artists who have small Discords to interact with their readers. I wondered: 'is it really such a big deal if some people make a Discord community for their comic? Most creators mean no harm, right?' But, having seen just how bad things can get in this worst-case scenario right here... I get it now.

I've felt for a long time that the Flora Discord just needs to be burned to the ground, lol. If Glip wants to stay connected to close friends, they can still do that without forming a fan community with themself at the center. It's not good for Glip either to constantly be managing other people's mental health problems and trying (poorly) to put out interpersonal fires.

The last time i posted on this forum, a little less than a year ago, some forum members were psychoanalyzing literally every post, doodle, comic, and tweet from Glip because i guess you all were desperate for new info or relevations to come out on this clique. It was kind of sad. Now theres literally been so much shit coming out almost every week or every day to the point were i can barely keep up. it feels like a bad tv drama with all the lazy acting and plot holes you’d expect plus a side of LITERAL DOG FUCKING. If you told me last year that BF, Lain, AND Pengo would make a season finale return I wouldnt have believed you, but fuck it 2020 continues to give me whiplash and at this point i wouldnt be surprised if Val or Marl show up posting here before the end of the year.
