Then again, judging by the number of people who got "tricked" here, I suppose PPP should've made it more obvious at the end of the stream that it's not real.

I'm not sure what to think about the stream, I thought it was pretty funny, but at the same time it will be very easy for the gunt to convince anyone outside of kiwifarms or unfamiliar with the lore that this was in fact a gay op, an attempt to impersonate Faith's father to harm gunt's dubious "reputation". It's like giving ER free ammo in his slander campaign against anyone who opposes him.

I think he was on to Godwinson and PPP trolling him and, if true, when you listen back it comes out way differently. His hesitations and nervous laughter can be explained by this contextual addition. I believe it was actually him because of the youtube audio that matches his voice. His denials about it being him in the stream--the denials on twitter--make sense in this context.
