At this point it's pretty safe to assume that the real brains in this shilling operation is a white male, probably past his 30 or pushing 40, who has an interest in 3d printers and know enough people in China to help them push this ''business''. Naomi got involved in this because sex sells. And Tiamaz and anyone else involved in this knows.

I don't think anybody else has brought this up, but the claim of starting off as a Ruby on Rails developer makes it blatantly obvious that it's not a mid-20s Chinese woman. Ruby on Rails had it's peak popularity in the web 2.0 era, around 2006-2008 but was already plummeting in popularity by 2010, with Ruby on Rails jobs becoming more and more "try to maintain our legacy code" instead of fresh growth. Also, Ruby on Rails never found any real popularity in China, I've never actually met a Chinese Web programmer who worked with Ruby on Rails. The vast majority are all ASP.NET stack, with a smaller subset being Java (Springboot) or PHP (LAMP).
I did some quick double checking, and these quorta answers from 2011 (which would be when she claimed she was working as a dev) support what my beliefs about the lack of Ruby on Rails work in China at that time.
Somebody claiming to have started in Ruby on Rails reeks of a North American web dev who was working around the 2004-2008 era.
With the age "she" claims, that places her getting into programming during the peak of the mobile app development craze. You're telling me she decided to get into programming, and chose a decaying web stack that had no real demand in her country, during a time when everybody was freaking out over phone apps, and you stood a good chance of getting money/fame off a meme app?

I'm not sure if he stupidly decided on the Ruby on Rails backstory out of ignorance of how it makes no sense given her supposed age and the region, or if he says it because that was the only stack he learned, and he wants to be able to act like king shit if anyone tries to challenge his status as a l33t Ruby on Rails developer on twitter.
And as someone who has worked with/dated people from China who match the learning english 'explanation' given (including the learning english from Friends part), it's absolute horseshit. As someone who speaks in a lot of idioms and uses a lot of obtuse words, I found myself having to explain shit to them all the time. And their typed messages were usually way way worse than their spoken ability. No way a mainlander is writing the smarmy reddit speak perfectly.

Imho, I think Tiamaz (or whoever else is involved in this) got lazy when concocting a backstory for her and just added pieces of his own backstory because:

For sure. It's strange to me why he added in so much of his own backstory, like, why even include being a web developer at all? Experience with Web Development programming translates poorly to the G-Coding done for 3D printing. If he wanted a more believable backstory, he should have just said that "her" parents an Arduino and breadboard kit when she was a kid and she fell in love with programming writing C and Assembly Code to program her own circuits. That's a fairly common backstory and would fit way more with the maker atheistic. But I guess "LOL I GOT MY FIRST BOOBJOB MONEY CODING!" might suit the horny redditors more.

I watched a few minutes from your timestamp. Her "girlfriend" keeps her distance from her the whole time and never interacts with her, neither does Naomi with her. The two have zero interest or familiarity with each other. Even if they were just friends you would see some familiarity between the two. The girlfriend is even cross-armed the whole time, indicating she's closing herself off from Naomi. If they are girlfriends, the only explanation for this behavior would be that for whatever reason she does not want to indicate to people she's with Naomi. (not wanting to out herself as lez [unlikely, people would write them off as friends], or being too embarrassed to hang with the giant pair of fake tits in a tight shirt)

Yeah, two separate worlds here. I went back and re-read her backstory and her posts here and they make little sense. As in ''i just went with the first thing that popped in my mind and i hope you guys will eat it up'' kind of little sense. Even her talk about the technical stuff behind ''her work'' isn't adding up. I guess when she showed here, she expected people to go wild questioning her and think little of her answers because ''she's hot and smart guys'', but when you read it again, well... she's a walking contradiction.
I bet five dollars that ''her'' excuse would be ''oh that? my gf doesn't want to get outed as lesbian teehee!'' as she did when people questioned her about her Vice interview.
