First off, you don't understand what the problem with Ralph's "girlfriend" (see: victim) is, at all. She's not retarded, she's just delayed. This is pretty common in sex abuse and trauma survivors; whenever the event happened they just kind of get stuck there and they won't start maturing again until the trauma is dealt with. The great thing is she's not "stuck" this way forever like someone who is retarded would be, she's just in a sort of limbo until she figures things out.

That's kind of the bitch of it because at the end of the day she's just a visitor to this world and either she'll grow up or age out of Ralph's interest.

I just want to point out, and emphasize, that it doesn't matter if she has the possibility to grow out of it. What matters is that, right now, she's mentally, effectively, at a child's level - and Ralph both knows that and took advantage of it.

Though I disagree that this problem has to do with sexual trauma, from the videos that @Squire of Gothos posted from her YouTube, it does seem that she has some form of developmental disorder. The interactions she describes with schoolmates, and the way that she talks about her life are indicative of it, imo.

But, either way, Ralph is a sexual predator, but not a pedophile.

This is true, there's a severe imbalance of power and ability that's too much to ignore. I won't even get into the fact that the relationship was kept a secret from her parents (because it was wrong and he knew they would object) and that he's basically isolated her from everything she's ever known so he can use her for sex, free labor and kahntent for his dying internet talk show.
