How do you even build PC's for a hobby unless they are total shit tier PC's.
Building and selling to others, trading parts, etc... you can make decent money doing it, especially in recent years since basically anything from the last decade that can use a decent GPU can turn into a capable gaming rig.

Of course, Phil never did any of this. He specifically had his "lemon" built by one of these people, then bitched and moaned because he has no idea what he's doing.

Tipping DSP is like paying a chef to spit in your food.
Wrong. Tipping DSP is like paying a chef, cooking your own food with ingredients you bought, washing all the dishes yourself, then the chef calls you a retard, then he spits in the ice cream you've just scooped for yourself.

Papavera is paying DSP for the privilege of playing a game for DSP. A game he (Phil) doesn't even like, I'd add, which means you can't even derive any secondhand happiness of him logging in and messing around with all the stuff you made for him. His only friend is a foulmouthed internet bully to whom he gives money and in return gets ???????????????????

DSP has never apologized about anything.
Phil can't apologize, because in Phil's mind, Phil is never actually wrong. He almost apologized for calling streamers shills with that tweet he had to delete, but he recently pulled even that and praised the tweet he deleted, saying how right he was to call everyone shills. So the closest we get to situational apologies is when Phil is taking heat and needs to say he is 'sorry' to avoid heat.

In terms of admitting to past wrongs, the one he often admits is that he was rightfully banned from Blip for racist commentary. But then he has also repeatedly followed this up by saying that nobody actually cared, and it was just a Howard Stern bit, and everyone was doing it... Blip just got scared because the trolls reported him. So it's not an actual admission because of all those caveats. He also always says he used to be stubborn, especially about improvements, but has now become open minded. The recent lacklustre vestival and the following prestream demonstrated that he has not changed at all, and can't recognize that he is doing exactly the same thing, maybe even worse because he owns the improved hardware and is just sitting on them.

He'll never sincerely apologize for anything. By all indications, he is incapable of the empathy and self-reflection necessary for a sincere apology.

He also can't take an L. Every time he loses there's a string of excuses as to why, which basically boil down to it being illegitimate. In Phil's mind not only has he never done anything wrong, he's also never fairly lost anything. Butter wouldn't melt in his mouth.

He probably had some nerd friends growing up who built PCs and one time asked him to hand them over a screwdriver and he's been taking credit for their hobby ever since. He looks at a PC the same way Brendan Fraser looked at a lighter in Encino Man.

Not only does he always have to make an excuse for losing, he's also incapable of understanding how inconsequential an individual loss may be.
Died in Mario? Don't just laugh about it and move on like 99% of human beings.
"IT DROPPED MY JUMP INPUT!"
"THIS LEVEL FUCKING SUCKS!"
"THE HITBOXES ARE NOT CORRECT!"
"THE PHYSICS ARE ALL WRONG!"
Like Jesus Christ man, no one cares if you flub up Mario. Just try again. He whines about fanatical fanboys of games and the toxic "git gud" mentality that exists, but I'm willing to bet the reason people make fun of him for 80% of the games he's played is because (in reality) of how he's the one who's making it seem like a big deal. Yoshi's Island is fucking retarded because I died! Not just "Oh whoops I fell into the spikes"

Random take I want to share.

DSP has never apologized about anything.
'Yea that was really stupid of me and I should not have said that.'
He always says this when he gets called out on his past toxic behaviour. That's not an apology! That's an admission of guilt.
He never actually addresses the groups or individuals he insulted. He never directs his regret towards them.
He regrets saying all the nasty things he's said in the past because of the negative effect those things have had on him. Not the actual people he hurt.
In addition, he always tries to justify his behaviour in order to relieve responsibility. 'That was my depression!'

Fucking disgusting self-centered piece of shit.
Alotta peepul were mad I shit talked Minecraft years ago but it was because I hadn't actually played it.

I called people faggots in the past but as a kid growing up it we called everyone a faggot so I didn't know it was wrong.

I made racist jokes but it was the wild west of YouTube and money is addictive.

I lied about the wedding but I had to do it to protect my family.

Phil might have done something wrong that he should apologize for but it's not his fault and he had a good reason to do it so he's not sorry.

I dont get why he keeps bringing up chargebacks. I dont see any other streamers bringing the subject up as often as he does. does he really need to parade any kind of W in front of his audience so they think better of him?
Yes, because it's a win over his main streaming lolcow rival WingsOfRedemption who admits his chargebacks.

Imagine being a "professional" that can't even upgrade to Windows 10.
Imagine claiming to be a functional adult that can't upgrade an OS. The computer does all the work for you. All you need to do is tell it to start.

This is like a consistent pattern with him. Doing dishes is a pain in the ass (he has a dishwasher), can't remember to get his oil changed unless his dealership calls him to tell him to do it (the car had an onboard computer that will tell you what it needs), can't install critical updates on his computers, doesn't realize for some reason that this is Current Year and every new release game has a Day One patch that needs to be downloaded and installed...

Modern tech exists the way it does specifically because of nü-boomers like Phil and in his case it still all manages to be woefully insufficient to meet his braindead needs.

So Phil was at $30 (all JayHale) at the halfway point of the stream. He then went to get water after a mid-stream beg. He came back to another $25 from JayHale. He also got two $60 tips from LSB. Phil is all of a sudden suspicious and is 'verifying' in emails. We've stopped the stream to do this. He also described LSB as "a known troll".

Anyway, the fact that it's LSB's name, it is a red flag and so he is going to refund the tips. But after the stream. He'll refund those later. Sure Phil. So we're back to $57 from JayHale.

Can I just point out that this really demonstrates how staged this is. He always gets a clutch tip from a different meme name to save the evening streams and he never bats at eye at it being fake. So either those tips are consistently fake and he doesn't care because it 'saves the streak', or he knows exactly who it is that is tipping under those meme names and is expecting them to show up so he knows it is real despite absolutely no surface evidence that it is, and no attempt to verify like the one we just got. Pretty fucking sloppy, Phil.

EDIT: We just got a $15 tip from a new meme name about Wings. This, for some reason, didn't require verification.

EDIT 2: Phil got a streak-hitting tip from "PWDubzSucks" that asked about the escort. He said that because it is a new name referencing an old detractor meme, he also had to verify if this is real. It's the same guy as the LSB tips, Phil is going to refund the money later, and it doesn't count toward the vest goal. Phil. Buddy. 3 months of you claiming that you can't verify who is tipping... now we're back to checking emails on stream to verify. Could you put some effort into the gaslighting please?

EDIT 3: You can joke about WWE Champions now, because it isn't real. The problem is if you talk like it is real because it isn't real. But you can make little jokes. Like people have been in chat 'talking about Hulk Hogan' (very broad reference to connect to Champions, Phil). Phil then immediately told the chat to stop talking about it, because you can joke about it, you can't talk about it.
"We're either going to say it's a joke or we're going to ignore it and not talk about the nonsense, because it's definitely a fucking joke."

Welcome to Room 101.

insane than corona virus hoaxers
Well he's right, I'm a corona virus hoaxer, but I didn't get my info from 'alt-right conspiracy theorists'. I got all my information from Phil himself and I haven't changed my opinion since, so I know it's just like the flu and we all need to catch it, and people are idiots for worrying. I personally lick more door knobs than Derich. Just kidding. That isn't possible.

Phil was just asked why we are so stupid as to believe he spent $40k on a mobile and Phil's response was that we're mentally ill and we believed he got an escort, and that he hid money in off shore accounts. Anyone notice what he didn't actually address with that response? That was actually a good little sneaky diversion there Phil, well done. Back on your old form with that one.

But hey, he finally admitted that detractors actually debunked the escort saga. But he's angry we haven't debunked him lying during the bankruptcy, or allegations of Phil being a pedo, though. We felt we had something on him with the escort saga, even though Phil denied it (he didn't). "The truth of the matter was more entertaining than the lie"... I... don't know what that means. But he's complaining that we have narratives. We. Have narratives.

EDIT: ShaoKhanArtist just tipped and hit the goal out of nowhere - he wasn't active in the chat or anything that I saw. He's a possible candidate for the recurring secret whale and didn't use a meme name tonight because Phil is obviously worked up about troll tips.
