He's just dragging the game out again. He hates playing games so the walking segments are kind of like breaks for him. Plus it probably annoys the shit out of viewers, and Phil hates them almost as much as he hates gaming. It all makes sense really.

Phil had trouble with layout of his office. I think he did it that way cause internet was one a certain side of office so he had his computer over there. Then he put loveseat on other side. His TV sits at an angle which is infuriating. He def could have done a better job.

Yeah when I got my PC a couple years ago I ended up just hooking my consoles up to the monitor and playing all my games at my desk, much more enjoyable than doing it from a couch or my bed. His hatred for sitting at a desk or in an actual chair when he games is one of his weirdest quirks to me

If there were emails, texts, or (much much harder to prove) a verbal agreement of payment for services, those do qualify as a contract.
