The Dropbox video you linked has Sethren declaring how he has a feminist girlfriend to a woman he was bugging, with Terri later telling someone on Twitter that she plans to secure a apology from him to the woman. I will tell you why I disbelieve this guy claiming he's involved with her: a while back there was a female tattoo artist on Tumblr who was being stalked by a dork who was posting all these Youtube videos claiming he was going to move to LA and set up a tattoo shop with this female tattoo artist working for him, suggesting they were involved and that they were also business partners. The female tattoo artist had no fucking clue he was posting these videos until he actually mentioned her name in the title of one video. This guy was clearly delusional and was merely imagining being involved with her. The tattoo artist avoided talking about him to discourage him (because he began to show up at her shop demanding to be tattooed by her), until she posted a single update about this ordeal on Tumblr. I suspect something similar is going on here.

Let me give you an example: when we were speculating in the ContraPoints thread about Nyk and Oliver being a couple, we actually hard evidence of them being together IRL: pictures on Twitter and Instagram of them together in the UK, Livestreams they did before and after Nyk visited Oliver in the UK, sustained and mutually supportive/affectionate interactions on social media over months. Nobody hates on Terri for chosing a man. They hate her for claiming to be a "true pure lesbian" and then chosing a man. "My Body, My Choice" is a phrase typical for liberal feminist rhetoric, not radical one. Radfems have been criticizing the "choicy" feminism for years. Nobody is forcing women like Terri to call themselves "radfem". She chose that label for herself. Radfems criticize everything that society expects women to do in order to conform to traditional gender roles, and being with a man is one of those things, same with performing femininity. If you don't like it, simply don't call yourself a "radfem" and don't act holier than thou. Terri was spewing radfem rhetoric and was called out for her hypocrisy. Now she acts like a victim. So this TERF going to avoid a whole bunch of women just because they were born in a certain month, which makes them "totalitarian"... pardon me, logic and rationality are of course patriarchal brainwashing. Telling this woman she's irrational and superstitious is patriarchal oppression. Go right ahead and shun people just because of their birthdate. It's the womanly thing to do.

I think that the real reason TERF hate the fact that Terri is dating a man - and also desperately want that man to be that Sethren creep specifically - is because they take it as a personal insult that Terri would prefer such a creep over one of them. To TERFs (several of whom probably wanted to date&bed Terri themselves, look at the way she hooked up with her groupie Amy Dyess), it's as if Terri is saying: "Yes, even this fucking creep is immensely more preferable than one of you assholes."

I know what a GSL is. I don't really know why its a relevant question to ask. A cursory glance at my body of work shows a history of bisexuality before ultimately choosing lesbianism for political reasons. So no I'm not. I'm not one of these ex het or bi women that is offended by the term though and I will stand up for women who have chosen to never be with men because I admire and respect that.
