Is it possible that he’s doing it to waste time? I mean the longer he can stretch each game, the better return he can get for the $60 price tag. It’s probably more that he’s an absolute retard but is it possible that he stalls on purpose?

So.....apparently Phil genuinely thinks that TIHYDP, detractor YouTube videos and Kiwifarms is the cause of his recent troubles....glad to see phil consistent with blaming everyone but himself.

His recent and recurring troubles is the cause of no one but himself. It was also inevitable because he refuses to look within himself and change for the better when everyone told him so. I do wonder how long until he realizes that he's the problem and no one else is.

Yeah it definitely can. He seems incapable of understanding or learning anything. I figured that he’d be too stupid have such a (simple) thought such as intentionally stalling/prolonging games. Perhaps his greed allows this tactic

If there were emails, texts, or (much much harder to prove) a verbal agreement of payment for services, those do qualify as a contract.

I think they might have been leaked if there was emails texts etc.

Now I'm no lawyer but verbal agreements don't mean shit in the creative industry. A judge would enter an I.O.U on a napkin into evidence before entertaining the possibility of a verbal agreement.

Remember him saying that TIHYDP don't even bother him anymore, because he turned off the comments on his videos so that took the "appeal" from the videos?

Good to see he's still triggered by the videos regardless if the creator includes or doesn't include comments. And lol at how sensitive he is. I guess he used to ban people who left nasty comments and in a video you're forced to read them and there's nothing you can do about it. I think the act of "banning" someone for what they say makes him think he's "right" and a "authoritative' figure in his peanut brain.

• I know one of your fans said this but what exactly disproves that is your WWE Champions mobile account?
• When you were on that bankruptcy call and you mentioned microtransactions being part of your business expenses, what game's microtransactions did you mean? I don't think I've seen you spending a lot on microtransactions on stream. Kind of sounds like that's how you hid 40k in mobile charges, or should I say you didn't hide them you just falsely reported them.
• If it's not on microtransactions what exactly are your 5k in monthly business expenses? I don't see you upgrading your equipment and games don't cost that much...
