The bodycam footage just confirms what many suspected, Floyd was a big man behaving erratically and the police made a judgement call without considering the social media mob.

Lessons to be learned? Sure, but it is sickening that his death has been commercialised by people who don't give a fuck about that, he's just a dead black man who happened to die whilst a white man restrained him with a knee to the neck with people filming it.

I fear the lesson the dindus are gonna learn is "if you just tell the police no they have to let you go!" A lesson they're gonna do their best to train cops to follow in the upcoming years.

Doubtful, that would just encourage everyone to go around every gag order. They'll probably double down and say anyone who shows it is in contempt
Are gag orders constitutional? I noticed only fag judges issue them.

I agree and thought it was an extremely odd statement.

There is now a BLM mural on a city street in Minneapolis. The group said the city issued a permit. I found information on requesting a public art permit and would love to find a non-profit or community group to back a Blue Lives Matter mural outside a precinct. The city would probably be stupid enough to deny it and then bam, lawsuit.

Remind me again why any of us are respecting Kung Flu restrictions? Rules for thee but not for me.

The fag mask is useful when performing antisocial acts. Other than that, unless you’re a cook or a medical health professional, it’s a sure sign of the highest faggotry.

Don't know if this was posted already but the Antifags, under the guise of BLM, are complaining they can't afford military grade body armor while protesting rioting and that's discrimination because the police dispersing/arresting protesters rioters is racist and discriminatory. So they're suing Seattle for equal protection under the law. Or something, it's too insane to figure out what they're suing for.

Oh how I missed this thread these days. Jesus fucking christ. The TERRORIST ORGANIZATION is demanding the country they are currently terrorizing funds them! Only in fucking burgerland ladies and gents, only in fucking burgerland!

The cops should've got off when he was fatigued which I think it was two, three minutes in. After that, it looked like excessive force.
That is from the bullshit "optics" stand point, optics are often divorced from reality, in reality people who resist arrest like Floyd could use being "fatigued" (aka pretending to be, much like how fake medical issues come up on people getting arrested) as an opportunity to catch cops off guard to either run or to assault officers, a cop needs to be able to keep control of the scene for as long as they are there. The peanut gallery instead of just watching was yelling at the cops (providing further distraction and a hostile scene for cops, which could quickly turn in to real danger for the cops and Floyd, the cops also need to protect Floyd from any danger the crowd might pose to him too, and things happen in an instant), and at one point even said to check his pulse, which was taken out of CPR training (at least the basic CPR civilians and cops would be trained on, medical professionals most likely wouldn't have it either as they have accurate electronic tools for that) 15-20 years ago depending on source, in first aid and CPR due to high rates of errors and wasting critical time, but all these dipshits in the peanut gallery cared about was "optics" they didn't see Floyd resist arrest, they didn't hear Floyd say "I can't breath" long before he was on the ground. The peanut gallery is a bunch of ignorant morons making uneducated guesses as to what was going on. Optics quite frankly should be fucked in the ass until it dies a painful death.

Walz prides himself on supposedly being in the National Guard for 25 years and then calls them 19 year old cooks who are untrained. :story:

The Minneapolis City Council continues to show they are dangerously inexperienced and lack understanding of laws and processes.

If any of those Freedom Fighter joggers tried to detain a civilian, they could be charged with a misdemeanor.

The five plaintiffs — Jessica Benton, Shelby Bryant, Anne Marie Cavanaugh, Alyssa Garrison and Clare Thomas — allege helmets, gas masks, protective clothing, goggles, gloves, boots, umbrellas and other gear are needed to fight off police pepper spray, less-lethal projectiles and other crowd dispersal measures.

I bet they're middle class. Basically this is the closest anyone has ever come to saying 'No. You can't do that' to them in the entire lives. They're the most privileged group of people who've ever lived and they lecture the rest of us about privilege.

The amount of Sovereign Citizens that think this and teach their children this is horrifying. There are loads of videos out there of these animals being arrested screeching "I DO NOT CONSENT!" because they think that means that the cops have to quit bothering them.
There are a lot of Sovereigns out there that can't get a job because of their arrest records.

I don't even have so much as a parking ticket. Is it really that hard to obey the law?

He was yelling "I can't breathe" when he was standing up.

At this point, I'm willing to believe Floyd was OD'ing and was gonna die no matter what. The constant hounding and guilting from corporations and random people on all social media websites who try to tell me I'm racist for thinking we shouldn't focus on race and not using my body to shield black protesters from gas canisters isn't helping.

Even if you don't obey the law it's really simple. When caught you just do what the cops say and you don't get tased, shot or neck kneed. If you're not a dink to them they might even loosen the cuffs, turn on the heater, play music on the way to the jail, or even drop charges because you cooperated. We don't have a police problem in this country, we have an entitled citizen problem.

Is there any proof that Chauvin was actually a racist?

The only """evidence""" is that he's from a mostly white suburb and people testifying after he became internationally known as the murder of George Floyd that he was harsher on blacks when he worked as a security guard, accounts no doubt biased by the George Floyd case.

Of course not. There was a fake photo of him in a hat that went around early but otherwise he's just an evil White.

@spiritofamermaid did you happen to see command and controll's livestream before they left the riot?
Someone called blue hair was taken away by ambulance and the "protesters" thought C&C were the feds. It started some trouble, but I didn't catch it all.
I saw when a streamer pointed out their car, but not this. Interesting to know, thanks!

Sovereign citizens believe in magic. They believe that by saying the right magic words (“I do not consent” “maritime law” “I am traveling” etc) that the world will warp to their will. This is also why any educational video they put out focuses so much on rote memorization of these “spells” instead of actual understanding of what they’re teaching.

Seriously watch any video of them interacting with the law and it becomes silly how they’re just a wand and an owl away from playing Harry Potter.

Asking for empirical evidence is whiteness. It invalidates the Lived Experience of BiPeeOhCee. Presumption of innocence keeps the powerful in power and disempowers the marginalized.
