I just finish Star trek continues episode 4: the white iris. Another good episode and Vic was Great again in this episode. Most people like to paint Kirk has the lady's man who slept with every woman.
But this episode really portrays, that Kirk never really was like that. He just wanted love in his life, but the job always called first. Him losing every women he loved tragically in the end of each episode was awalys sad to see. This episode really was great that it deals with Kirk making resolutions with each woman.

At the mention of Cristina Vee I found something interesting about the Landwhale that had told everyone in a group chat that she had a promised role at Funimation and was allowed to stay with one of the VAs if she was in Texas.
She also runs a Twitch and YouTube channel where she turns off voices in games and voice the characters herself as a way to get clout and show off her skillz. She's also the one who told the Vic story of him watching porn in the lobby of a hotel.

The Cristina Vee shit is accurate but it isn't like you can't find evidence independent of people who dislike her to support that.
Though I suppose she shared that story to try to feel included in something since she knew 'dirt' on someone. It shows you what kind of environment voice acting has bred because everyone is so keen on gossip and dragging each other down for petty reasons.
What it comes down to is Cristina made some dick moves to climb the ladder of her career and fame. Some people who were directly involved and incredibly jealous like to talk about it because they want to make themselves seem better than her. They'd also be the people who would hop in immediately if she were to get canceled in one way or another.
It really puts into perspective what was lying under the surface in regards to Vic, because everyone behaves like this. Even the dinky nobody fan dubbers who wanna make it big. So you'd imagine that resentment and mentality increases tenfold when you get to people like Monica and Jamie.

Ron spewing out "Oh, I support you in ways your parents could not! I told my son I'd support him if he decided he was trans!" being complete horseshit is no surprise, because he gave it away by using "decided" when talking about his kid. I thought being trans wasn't a decision, if you claim to be such an ally. Hell, I bet he'd support his boy going trans only for the sake of clout and feeling important, and I think his kid's aware of this. No doubt he's seen peers go through this ordeal where they come out as trans and then get paraded around on social media by their attention-seeking parents, who then wail in bewilderment when the suicide rate for transpeople continue to rise.
The same goes for all of KV who say they're allies with the trans community and are for women's rights yet continue to rally behind this pedocuck showing his true colors. It's all for personal gain, they don't care about anyone else if you're not One of Them--and if any One of Them step out of line, they're automatically out of the club.

Ironically I made it right up to where Vic joined. My last episode was Qrow vs Winter the first time. It's not like I didn't want to watch, I mean I thought it was boring but I was semi interested when I found out Vic was in it, I didn't have my own internet and had to go to the library so I gave up when I ended up 2 seasons behind. I'm glad I didn't get invested.
I think Rod Roddenberry said he considers it canon and he thinks his father would love it.

I see that Arms has gone bankrupt. Funimation did some of their dubbed work for their series in the past. I'm hoping they don't buy the back catalog.
