They might make him get a job and contribute to the house this time. Then why doesn't he just live with parents again?

Too bad he's unhire-able.
I doubt he'd even be able to do menial work like flipping burgers at McDonalds.
Don't. Tell me. To pick up the dog shit.Noah Antwiler, neighborhood dog walker.
He seems like the kind of guy that doesn't pick it up and leaves that to his neighbors.Don't. Tell me. To pick up the dog shit.
DSP in comparison with Spoony looks like hard-working Sisyphus because he relentlessly uploads his videos even though they are mocked by detractors the very same day. Spoony is way too lazy to even get up from the bed and show at the hearing.
The bums always lose! ~Spoony, circa 2010s
We fucking all make mistakes during youth. He's not exception. Some manage to make fewer mistakes and some just make a huge turd of problems but being adult requires to learn managing with collecting daily shit and moving on. But he still acts like 16 year old Spooner with mother in his bath tub. For him there is still some miraculous force called "parents" who can gather his shit so he can focus on his daydreaming.
He is a fucking waste of time.

I don't know why Spoony is so ashamed of himself. He put himself out there and became a successful comedian. The only shame is the way he is acting now. He could easily go back to being a popular entertainer.
I feel so bad for that poor dog. I hope Noah has the good sense to put the pooch up for adoption and have someone else care for her.
Yeah yeah, I know, feel free to rate me![]()
It would be a like a boyband getting back together when they're in their 40's and expecting to have a hit single.
A 16 year old whose just broken up with their first boyfriend would be embarassed by this moping. How many months has it been since she saw sense and left?

Spoony is too scared to try again, let's face it Spoony if he came back would be watched out of curiosity not out of his adoring fans rushing to his aid again. Not only that but, his review style and his editing style really is a relic of its time. Its a time capsule of what USED to work, but, as we see now that style doesn't fit anymore. His comedy would be deemed "too harsh" in the landscape of "well I think its a bad game but you might love it so its ok" style of reviewing. He knows that if he were to try and come back he would essentially have to overhaul his presentation to be more socially viable. Now to someone like me I think him coming back with his old could be a breath of fresh air since while it is old, in our current reviewing landscape it would feel new. But, as I said he would basically be starting at the bottom, he would have to climb back up and he is terrified of that. Plus it's not like back in the day where video game reviewers would have THEIR thing, AVGN with LJN or Spoony with Final Fantasy are good examples of that, now everyone just does everything so even his gimmick is sort of gone. This also doesnt take into account the fact that he's closing in on 40 now, and he has missed out on a shit ton of editing and video making advancements that I dont think he'd be patient enough to learn. Hell you could argue his editing in his old videos was already out dated compared to what people like James Rolfe were doing. I think if Spoony ever does come back (high doubtful) he would either have to do it with the knowledge that his style is niche and will play to a understandably smaller audience than it once did, or he changes his style up to be more modern.I don't know why Spoony is so ashamed of himself. Does Spoony still have that LOYAL fanbase Linkara does? Like I know hes got weirdos on Twitter but, does he still have those people who will stick with him no matter what? Cause if he does it may be viable after all, the only thing is well...somewhat regularly released content is not a phrase in Spoonys vernacular anymore.I think if Spoony somewhat regularly released content on roughly the average quality of his old self he would guarantee a livable income, even if he improved little or none. It doesn't take much to fund a single shut-in nerd in suburban Arizona. Low bar, yet it'd be 90% of his battle.
Linkara is a good point of reference because his fanbase was always smaller than Spoony's and his product worse but he still scrapes by with his fat cow wife leeching off of him.

There is something oddly tragic about that statement. He does. Spoony's fans have always been exceptionally zealous. Don't forget he still gets ~$350/mo from Patreon on top of hundreds of dollars in Superchats most streams despite having done fuck-all for over four years. That signals how much his income would pick up again if he got off his ass.
And like I said it doesn't need to pick up much. What he gets now for no effort is already close to a month of rent for 1-bed apartment.
