The megachurch in LA is planning to hold normal services again on Sunday. According to news reports they've had their hot water shut off and have been issued a notice of potential fines or arrest.

It was tried. We were using it. Some of my colleagues think HCQ will immediately kill people (it won't, as long as there's no long qt or cypd6 deficiency) and others think it's a miracle cure for COVID-19 (which it isn't.)
You can imagine where the political lines fall on that one.

Welp, one or two days and we got already 5 new pages...

Is there a NEGATIVE use of HCQ? I mean, think about it, Im no medical professional but if the drug could help in any way, then it should be tried. Its not like HCQ makes things worse if attempted.
Besides lets face it, I would rather have HCQ than Bill Gate's "mandatory vaccines"(TM)
or I dont know, just let my immune system do its fucking job, that works too.
Its what I have been telling people for a while now, these masks seem not much at the moment but this is all a test to see how much we are willing to accept when the goverment demands something.
I mean, by using the same mentality, what stops them from justifying worse things in the future? Like good old mandatory vaccines that have a VERY VAGUE content inside of them? But hey, as long they claim its to cure covid, then its all fine, am I right?
Im honestly worried this corona shit wont stop in this year and they will attempt to "create" more and more pandemics since "corona will mutate" (as if they know something we dont) thus we will need MORE measures and vaccines.
But lets be honest about one thing, my friend, how many of these people legit wear them because they actually believe they work? A lot of MFs I met say they use them because they dont want to get fined (because a good way to force an economically struggling populace to obey is to threaten them by taking more of their hard earned, and now more essential than ever, cash). I recall "Save the loli" mentioned that a lot of people are just terrified of getting economically butt fucked even more by their goverment so Im not sure if a lot of people are truly using them because they actually believe or because the goverment is oppressing (because this is what it is, oppression) them into compliance. Either way, both scenarios arent good, if anything, the latter is worse because it shows just how much power "fines" have over us and good luck fighting them in court without losing a lot of money and time (and probably losing anyway because the courts are biased and corrupt as fuck).
This is all a trial test to see how much of current society will take up the ass before (if at all) they will say "enough is enough".
Heh...Jesus fuck...Is there any doubt at this point that this is clearly motivated by politics and not actual science anymore? The goverment can now justify anything as "necessary" against Corona.
If they didnt create corona, they sure are glad it happened.
The goverment is not even hiding anymore.
"Lets see what society does if we do this...? And now this? Oh and this too"
Been talking to my mother about this whole shitshow and she keeps telling me about the "silent majority" and how many are fed up about this and just aren't saying anything (as you've described with people only wearing masks because they have to).Its what I have been telling people for a while now, these masks seem not much at the moment but this is all a test to see how much we are willing to accept when the goverment demands something.

Sounds like hysterical bullshit to me.Three people got hair loss on getting WuFlu, one a 26 year old woman, 37, and the other 61. I would link to the article itself but no idea how to bypass the paid blocker. So here's the twitter tweets of it from the article. Does this have any merit?

What's the next wacky thing do you think they'll pin on covid next? My bet is spontaneous human combustion, or more realistically depression and anxiety as a direct side effect.

This is for sure the case with a lot of the people I know who say this type of stuff. Most of them have clinical depression and/or anxiety and have talked about how not having to leave the house has felt "freeing" and some of them have said they want face covering permanent because it makes them feel less anxious about their physical appearance.Honestly I feel like a lot of them were self-quarantining even before COVID-19 happened.
I've worked almost 56 hours a week from the began in May. I might get laid off in September because I guess what the place I work at now likes to do. If that happens I'm taking my money and car and parking in a place out in the middle of nowhere. Less people the better.

They also tend to be hostile towards people doing productive things during lockdown, like new exercise routines or art projects. There's a real "misery loves company" vibe. They seem about a hair's breadth away from a nervous breakdown, it's starting to freak me out.
My pet theory is that this is his attempt to shut down the megachurch without targeting churches specifically.
